Raiganj University Result 2020: Raiganj University Result for the semester and the annual exam is uploaded online at the Official Website of the University. RU will publish the semester-wise results for the exams conducted by it. RU conducts semester exams twice a year. University conducts even semester examinations in April- May while odd semester exams are conducted in November-December. Results for the same are published within the two-three months of examination Students have to access the Student Portal to check the Raiganj University Result. Raiganj University Result 2020 How to check?
Raiganj University Result is announced just after the successful completion of the University annual examination. A student shall be considered to pass the examination if he/she secured minimum passing marks in the examination. RU also provides an opportunity for the students to apply for the revaluation/re-totalling for all courses. The University also conducts the back paper examinations. .
The University will release the semester exam result in online mode at its official website. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to download Raiganj University Result 2020.
- Step 1: Visit the Raiganj University Official Website.
- Step 2: Click on the ‘Examination’ tab from the home tab.
- Step 3: Then, select the course for which the candidate wants to check the result.
- Step 4: Enter the Login credentials such as User ID and Password. Click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
- Step 5: Result will appear on the screen.

Raiganj University Semester Exams
The semester final examinations shall be held at the end of each semester in each course. The semester final examination is mainly the theory paper of two hours duration. The candidates must fulfil all the eligibility criteria as per university norms to be eligible to give semester/annual examinations. lt shall be the responsibility of the university to conduct the theory portion of the semester final examination. Practical examinations shall be conducted by the respective colleges. ln affiliated colleges, the final practical examination shall be conducted and evaluated by the - nominated teacher from University College.
Revaluation of Answer Sheet
Raiganj University provides an opportunity by which candidates who are not satisfied by the marks secured by them can apply for revaluation or rechecking. This provision helps candidates in upgrading or improving their marks. The revaluation forms will be available online at the university's official website. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the university under any circumstances. The candidate will have to apply for revaluation of answer sheet only during the dates set by the authority. Nobody has the authority to apply for the revaluation of answer sheet of any other applicant. After filling the form, candidates have to deposit the requisite fees which will be non-refundable in any case. Those candidates who aren't even satisfied with revaluation can op for giving Back Papers.
Raiganj University Revaluation Application
After the declaration of result, in case any student is not satisfied with his/ her result. He/ She can opt for the Revaluation of the subject exam. Candidates can apply for the rechecking of the answer sheet within 10 days from the declaration of the main results. The result of rechecking shall also be declared within a month, students can check the result after revaluation from the official website by following the steps given below to check revaluation result:
- Visit the official website of the University i.e. www.raiganjuniversity.ac.in.
- Now go to the Examination Section which is available in the notification tab.
- Click on the Revaluation Result link available on the notice board tab.
- Now select your courses year branch, which results in what you want to check.
- Enter roll number and finally press the submit button
- Your Result will be appearing on your screen.
- Candidate must print the result for future reference.
Raiganj University Result 2020 Back Paper Examination
Back Paper examination for the students who fail in a paper is always conducted by the university. The back paper exam is conducted for both regular and private courses. Students who wish to apply for the back paper exam must submit the application form and the requisite fees on or before the last date. The application form should have a clear mention of Candidate's name, roll number, semester and subjects to be appeared for. The due date should be taken seriously by the candidate as the university does not allow any students's application after it. The university will publish its result on the official website.
Raiganj University
Raiganj University, West Bengal was established in 2015 by upgrading a state-aided UG college into a university.There are a total of 22 departments at UG level, 23 departments at PG level and 17 departments offering PhD and MPhil. There are several centres in the University which have been declared as the Centre of Excellence such as Centre for Folklore Studies, Centre for Buddhist Studies, Centre for Women’s Studies, Environment Conservation Centre,Business Incubation and Innovation Centre, and many more. Currently, there is a total of 12,600 students which includes overseas students as well.
