School of Planning and Architecture Admission 2023 for Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning will be made through JEE (Main) 2023 conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). The School Of Planning and Architecture was established in 1941 as a Department of Architecture of Delhi Polytechnic and is located in New Delhi. SPA offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs under architecture, planning, and design departments.
The UG courses which are offered under SPA are Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning. The total seats under the undergraduate course are 141. The PG courses are offered under the degrees including Master of Planning, Master of Architecture, Master of Building Engineering and Management, and Master of Landscape Architecture. The application process is both online and offline depending on the course.

School Of Planning and Architecture (SPA) B.Arch and B.Plan Admission 2023
SPA offers B.Arch and B. Plan at the undergraduate level. The eligibility criteria for candidates are that they must have completed their 10+2 studies with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and should have obtained minimum 50% marks for admission. The selection is based on the JEE Main entrance exam scores of candidates.

The SPA offers M.Arch. and M.Plan. under various specializations. The eligibility to get admission to the said course is that the candidates must have passed bachelor’s degree from the relevant field of study with minimum 55% marks and (50% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in the qualifying degree examination.

The SPA offers a Ph.D. course under various specializations. The minimum eligibility for the said course is to have a master’s degree in any discipline or allied discipline with 10 years of work experience. Candidates who have bachelor degrees can also apply provided that they have work experience. The selection will be based on merit.

- The eligibility for admission in part-time Ph.D. courses will be on the same basis as above except that the applicant should have an additional work experience of five-year over that specified above and should have obtained a letter of consent from the employer, if any.
- Admission to doctoral courses is held twice in the year i.e. start of the semester in January and July of an academic session.

School Of Planning And Architecture Application Process 2023
Following are the procedure for applying in UG, PG or Ph.D. courses In SPA:
For UG courses:
- Application mode is offline
- Seats are allotted on the basis of the JoSAA process and selected candidates are required to fill the form available at the college counter.
- The application fee is Rs. 100/- and the same is paid at the college.
For PG courses:
- Application mode is online.
- Candidates have to fill the application form available on the college’s website.
- The application fee is Rs. 2500/- and can be paid online.
- After the successful payment of fees and filing of application form is done, candidates are informed of subsequent admission procedure via email or SMS on their registered number.
For Ph.D. Admission:
- Application mode is offline.
- The application form can be downloaded from the college’s website.
- The application form duly filled must be submitted with an application fee of Rs. 2500/- in favor of School Of Planning and Architecture payable at New Delhi.
School of Planning and Architecture Counselling Procedure
After the declaration of exam results, the SPA counselling process will start.The counseling procedure for admission in SPA and the documents required are:
- The counselling will only be done for the selected candidates.
- During counselling, candidates are asked to bring necessary documents which are listed below:

SPA Cut off 2020
JEE Main Result 2020 for January session has been released on January 23, 2020. The cut- off Current Session Of 2020 will be released once the result for both the JEE Main 2020 sessions is out.
