SBV University Admission 2023 is on the basis of National Level Entrance Examinations. University also conducts an entrance test for admission in some courses. Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth was established in the year 2008 as a deemed university. The university has been recognized as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization(SIRO) by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research in Pondicherry. The university is approved by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of India and the University Grants Commission(UGC). SBV offers various courses at UG and PG levels like PG and UG such as MBBS, MD, BDS, M.Sc in the discipline of Nursing, Dentistry, and Medicine. SBV Application Form 2023
The SBV Application form will be filled in Online and offline mode. Candidates can check the details related to the Application form below:
- The application form has been released on the SBV Official Website tentatively from May 2023.
- The application form is available only through Online Mode. Candidates can either download the form online and then fill it or may purchase it from Registrar's office.
- Candidates are requested to check all the eligibility for courses they wanted to apply.
- All the necessary documents are needed to be uploaded by the candidates.
- The candidates need to cross-check all the details filled by them in the Application form for further verification. If the details are found to be incorrect the form will immediately be rejected.
- Candidates are also required to pay the application fees of the form through sending post or can attach the DD along with the application form.
- It is advised to candidates to keep a printout of the application form and fee payment receipt after the successful submission of the form.

SBV University Admission 2023 for MD, MS, and MDS Course
SBV is currently providing few medical programs such as Doctor of Medicine(MD), Master of Surgery(MS), and Master of Dental Surgery(MDS). 25 specializations are offered in the MD program and nine specializations in the MS program. The duration of all these courses is two years. The selection for MD and MS will be through NEET PG while admission to MDS will be through SBV CET Examination. Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth(SBV) University Admission 2023 for MBBS and BDS Course
Balaji Vidyapeeth is currently offering two medical programs i.e the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at the UG level to their students. The university is currently providing only one specialization in both courses. The time duration of the MBBS course is of 5.5 years and the BDS course is 6 years. Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth offers P.hD Courses for candidates interested in higher education in various specializations. The Programmes are offered through various Colleges affiliated with Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth. The candidates must have compulsorily completed their master's in relevant disciplines from a recognized university. SBV Counselling
The Counselling of SBV 2023 will be held by Medical Counselling Committee ( MCC). The candidates have to register themselves for NEET-UG and PG Counselling through Online mode. The colleges affiliated with the scores of the candidates would be allotted to the students. The candidates will be informed about the counselling either through mail or message and have to be present at the scheduled time and place. The counselling would be held in rounds and the candidates are instructed to bring their original documents for verification.

Scholarships
University, as well as Constituent Colleges, offers a variety of Scholarships to Meritorious Students-
1. National Merit Scholarship
It was available to talented but poor students from rural areas from class IX to Post-Graduation level.
This scholarship will be awarded on the basis of the results of senior secondary examinations. 82000 fresh scholarships per annum (41000 for boys and 41000 for girls) will be awarded for graduate/post-graduate studies in colleges and universities and for professional courses, such as Medical, Engineering etc.

Allocation of Scholarships-
The total number of scholarships will be divided among the State Boards based on the State’s population in the age group of 18-28 years, after segregating share of CBSE and ICSE on the basis of number of students passing out from various Boards in the country. 50% of the scholarships would be earmarked for girls. The number of scholarships allotted to a State Board would be distributed among pass outs of the Science Commerce and Humanities streams of the State Board in the ratio of 3:2:1.
Eligibility-
Students who are above 80th percentile of successful candidates in the relevant stream for a particular Board of Examination, in class XII of 10+2 pattern or equivalent and not belonging to the creamy layer as defined by the Department of Personnel and Training in their Notification and as may be further modified from time to time, pursuing regular courses (not correspondence or distance mode) from recognized educational institutions and not availing of any other scholarship scheme, would be eligible for consideration this Scheme. This is an application to all categories of students both ‘General’ and ‘Reserved’.
Rate of Scholarship- The rate of scholarship would be Rs. 1000/- per month at Graduation level for the first three years of College and University courses and Rs.2000/- per month in the 4th and 5th year. The scholarship would be paid for 10 months in an academic year.
Payment of Scholarship- Scholarship will be paid to the selected students directly by the Central Government into a Bank Accounts opened by them.
-The payment of the scholarship will start from the month the admission is obtained.
-The scholarship will be paid for a period maximum of up to 10 months in an academic year.
