SSOU Admission 2023 is merit-based or on the basis of candidate score in the National level entrance exam which varies as per the course. Admission to the BTech programme is on the basis of JEE Main/MHT CET score. For B.Arch and M.Tech, the university accepts the scores of NATA and GATE exams respectively. The University was established by the Symbiosis Open Education Society, Symbiosis Skills and Open University is the first skill-building and development university in the state of Maharastra. On 3rd May 2017, the state passed a legislation bill to enact this university.

SSOU University UG Course Admission 2023
At the UG level, the University offers four different programmes in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, and Architecture. The duration of each programme varies from course to course. Candidates can check the course-wise selection and eligibility criteria from the following table.

SSOU University PG Admission 2023
The University offers a full-time MTech programme in Automotive Engineering. MTech has a course duration of two years, consisting of four semesters. Admission will be purely done on the basis of candidate merit in GATE scores and performance in PI-WAT. Apart from the UG and PG programs, the university offers a one-year PG diploma course in two different specializations. Scholarships
The University offers scholarships on the basis of merit in BTech, BBA, and BSc students. Every year, SSPU conducts Symbiosis Scholarship Test (SST) to award scholarships. Candidates who have secured at least 75% aggregate in the Class 12 examination, are eligible for this scholarship. Eligible candidates need to appear for SST. The first merit list of students will be declared in June/July. candidates can check the details regarding this scholarship from the table given below:

SSOU Admission Process 2023
Candidates have to follow the steps given below to apply for admission at Symbiosis Skills & Open University. The admission Process varies as per the course selected by the candidates. Given below is the course-wise registration process:
All UG / PGD Admissions (other than B Arch)
- Register on the SSOU official website.
- Fill up the application form, and pay Rs. 1000 as registration fee to reserve a Personal Interview time slot
- Appear for personal interview (Online/Telephonic/In Person)
- After that, qualified candidates will receive an offer letter on the registered Email ID. Candidates are advised to pay the First Instalment of the Academic fees before the last date mentioned in the offer letter.
- Update XIIth Std score and upload your mark sheet, in your application form, after the declaration of result. B. Tech. students are also required to enter their MH CET / JEE / Other Entrance test scores as and when available.
Note: Gate-qualified candidates have to enter their GATE scores and upload the certificate, if available.

- Fill up the application form, Pay Rs 1000, and reserve a Personal Interview time slot
- Appear for personal interview (Online/Telephonic/In-Person) along with your Creative works/ Portfolio
- If you are selected, you will receive an offer letter on your registered Email ID. Kindly pay 1st Instalment of the Academic fees before the last date mentioned in the offer letter
- Update your XIIth Std score and upload your mark sheet, in your application form, after the declaration of result. Enter your NATA/ JEE(P2) score as and when available
