Candidates have to follow the steps given below to apply for admission at University of Mysore:
Mysore University offers Ph.D. and M.Phil. programs at the Research level. Candidate must have Master’s degree in the relevant discipline for admission in these courses. University conducts its own entrance exam followed by an interview round for the admission purpose.
Ph.D. entrance test is conducted once in a year during the months of September and October. The entrance test is of total 100 marks. Candidates have to secure minimum 55 marks (50 marks for reserved categories) out of 100 to apply for admission.
