MIT University  Admission Process

• Before filling out the Online Application, the candidate must have a Scanned copy of a recent Coloured Photograph, a Scanned Signature of the candidate, A valid E-mail ID, and a Mobile Number.
• The candidates had to fill in all the relevant details as after the final submission of the form no change was possible.
• Applications without an appropriate Application Fee, required documents & information as per advertisement were liable to be rejected. 
• The candidates were required to pay a separate registration fee for each programme.

• Submit the online application form at www.mituniversityindia.edu.in/Admission_2023/ with the application fee and all relevant enclosures
• Shortlisted candidates will appear for a personal interview.
• Final Results.

MIT University Scholarship

This is a merit-based scholarship applicable to students who have secured top three positions in 12th standard in their respective boards (CBSE/ ISC/ State Boards) and students who have taken JEE (Mains). The scholarships are awarded depending upon the score secured in the examination.

• The application form should be supported with qualifying examination certificates.
• This scholarship will not cover the other expenses such as hostel accommodation, mess, books, etc.

This is a merit-cum-means scholarship applicable to students who have secured a minimum of 90% marks (PCM) or 80% marks (Arts/ Commerce) in the 12th standard in the respective boards (CBSE/ ISC/ State Boards). The quantum of the scholarship shall be determined based on annual income of parents.

• The application form should be supported with appropriate certificates.
• The necessary documents showing the income statements of the family members/ guardians and bank statements for the last six months should be submitted.
• This scholarship will not cover the other expenses such as mess, hostel accommodation, books, etc.

This is a sports scholarship applicable to students who have participated and won medal/s at the national and international levels.

• The scholarship application must be supported with relevant certificates.
• The sport must be recognized by Indian Olympic Council (IOC)
• This scholarship will not cover the other expenses such as mess, hostel accommodation, books, etc.

This is a teaching assistance scheme applicable to students who have demonstrated excellent academic performance and are desirous of contributing to the university. The student is expected to contribute a specific number of hours per week and per month in assisting teaching and development activities of the university.

• The selection of students as teaching assistants will be the sole prerogative of the concerned Dean, on the recommendation of Faculty Members

This is a research assistance scheme applicable to students who have demonstrated excellent academic performance and are desirous of contributing to the university. The student is expected to contribute a specific number of hours per week and per month in assisting the research and development activities of the university.

• The selection of students as a research assistant will be the sole prerogative of the concerned Dean, on the recommendation of Faculty Members.

This is a need-based, earn-and-learn scheme applicable to students who are desirous of contributing to the university in some way and wish to earn to support their education. The student is expected to contribute a specific number of hours per week and per month in assisting the research and development activities of the university.

• The selection of students will be the sole prerogative of the university and depend on the quantum of workload.

This is a performance-based scholarship applicable to students who have demonstrated extraordinary performance during the academic year. This scholarship will be awarded based on the overall performance of students in various activities along with academic excellence.

• Separate applications are to be submitted at the end of the academic year.
• This scholarship will not cover the other expenses such as mess, hostel accommodation, books, etc.

• The continuation of all scholarships is dependent on consistently high academic performance. The students are expected to meet pre-defined academic standards for the continuation of the scholarship.
• The scholarship can be renewed based on the performance in the university examination, attendance, and character and conduct certified by the Dean.
• The renewal of sports scholarship depends on the performance in sports after admission in the university.
• The scholarship shall stand discontinued if the student is found guilty of any misconduct or indiscipline.
