Utkal University Admission 2023 is on the basis of a national/state level entrance test. Utkal University also conducts the entrance test for admission in various courses. The entrance test for PG courses offered by Utkal University is usually conducted in the month of May. For M.Phil and Ph.D. courses, the examination is generally held in the third week of July. At PG level, Utkal University offers M.Tech, M.Pharm, and MJMC courses under Sponsored category. A relevant Bachelor’s degree is the minimum eligibility. Utkal University M.Phil & Ph.D. Admission 2023
Utkal University offers M.Phil & Ph.D. programs in several disciplines. A Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. Admission to Ph.D. is subject to the university-based Written Test followed by an interview while for M.Phil, admission is based on the marks in Academics and viva-voce conducted by the respective department of the university.
UGC-NET, GATE, SLET, ICPR, ICSSR, ICHR, INSPIRE Scholarship, or other National-Level test qualified candidates will be exempted from the Ph.D. Entrance Test. M.Phil / M.Tech/LL.M. Degree holders are also exempted from Ph.D. written test provided they have been admitted to M.Phil / M.Tech/LL.M. course through a written or interview test with project/dissertation work. Utkal University, DDCE Application Procedure 2023
Candidates need to follow these steps to fill the form of Utkal University DDCE under various UG and PG courses:
- Candidates will have to apply online.
- Fill in the details required such as Name, Gender, contact details, valid email id, mobile number, etc.
- Fill in the Personal basic details like Gender, Blood Group, Date of Birth, category, Present Address Details, Education Details
- Select the desired course.
- Upload your passport size scanned photograph and signature in .jpg, .jpeg or .gif format.
- Click on the “Save and Continue” button.
- After the Application Form is completed, candidates will be redirected to the Payment gateway where he/she will have to choose the mode of payment.
- Candidates can opt for either online mode of Payment or Offline mode of payment.
- Separate forms are to be filled for different courses.
- All the duly filled in application form should be submitted/sent to the College Campus, along with the documents before the deadline.
- Take a printout of the form and attach all mark sheets and certificates Class X onwards.
- Visit DDCE office with originals for spot admission.
- Upon verification of the eligibility criteria and original documents and submission of CLC and/or migration certificate, an invoice will be generated for submission of fees.
- Upon payment of fees in cash at the bank or through demand draft, candidates shall be admitted.
