Veer Kunwar Singh University Admission 2023 will commence tentatively in the month of July. VKSU was established on 22 October 1992 with its headquarters at Arrah, under the Bihar University Act 1976 (as amendment Act 9 of 1992). The university was named after Kunwar Singh, the well-known national hero and distinguished freedom fighter of 1857.
VKSU is recognized under the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi. Veer Kunwar Singh University has 17 constituent colleges, 3 law colleges, and 37 affiliated colleges. The university offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of Science, Commerce, Law, Humanities, Social Science with various specializations.

Veer Kunwar Singh University B.Ed Admission 2023
VKSU offers admission to the B.Ed program based on the marks obtained in the B.Ed Combined Entrance Test conducted by Nalanda Open University, Bihar. Students holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree are eligible to apply for admission.

Note: After the declaration of the entrance test result, shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling.
- VKSU B.Ed Entrance Test - The B.Ed Combined Entrance Test will consist of a total of 120 questions of one mark each. Multiple Choice Questions will be asked with no negative marks.
- VKSU B.Ed Application Form - The application form of Bihar B.Ed CET will be available on the official website of Nalanda Open University. Also, the candidates have to pay the amount of Rs. 1000 as an application fee (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST candidates).

VKSU offers various undergraduate programs such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA & LL.B in various streams. The minimum eligibility to appear in the test is 50% marks in the 10+2 examination from any recognized board.
If the candidate can satisfy the minimum eligibility requirements then he/she will be eligible to appear in the entrance exam conducted by VKSU. Based on the candidates’ performance in the entrance test, VKSU will allot the seats for different UG courses.

Important Points:
- The upper age limit for admission to the LLB program should not be more than 30 years (35 years in the case of SC/ST candidates).
- For admission in the integrated BA-LL.B course, the upper age limit is 20 years (22 years for SC/ST candidates).
- Rounding off & normalization of marks will not be considered by the university for the minimum eligibility requirement.

Candidates applying for MA, M.Com, MCA, MBA & M.Sc programs must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree. For admission into PG courses, students have to qualify for the entrance test conducted by the university. The final admission will be provided based on the entrance test score followed by counseling.

For admission in the Ph.D. program, the Pre-Ph.D. Registration Tests will be conducted by the university which the candidates have to qualify.
VKSU Ph.D. Entrance Test - The test will comprise two papers of 100 marks each. The first paper will consist of a total of 50 MCQ questions of two marks each. The second paper will be of 10 subjective-type questions of 10 marks each.

Veer Kunwar Singh University Application Process 2023
The application form for admission into VKSU can be filled out online mode for all the courses, except the B.Ed course, by following the given steps:
- Candidates should visit the official website of VKSU and click on the ‘Apply Online’ link.
- After that, select the payment mode by ‘System Generated Challan.
- Fill the application form and click on the ‘Submit button.
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 700/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST candidate through challan to any Central Bank of India branch.
- Upload Photograph and Signature in the prescribed format.
- Save the registration number and take the printout of the duly filled application form for future reference.
