VSKU Bellary Admission 2023 for undergraduate courses is merit-based whereas, for postgraduate courses and doctoral courses, the university also conducts the counselling process. Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Bellary, is a Public university established by the Government of Karnataka. It has two postgraduate campuses, the main campus is in Gyan Sagar Vinayak Nagar. The second campus is located in Nandihalli of Sandur Taluk in the Bellary district of Karnataka state. University offers Postgraduate and Doctoral courses in a variety of fields of science, humanities, commerce, and management.

VSKUB Undergraduate Admission 2023
Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University (VSKU) offers various undergraduate degree programs like B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, BCA, BBM and BHM in its affiliated colleges. The duration of these courses is 3 years. The Eligibility Criteria is that the candidates must pass 10+2 from a recognized university with 50% marks( 45% marks for SC/ST). University offers various courses in multiple streams like Arts, Science, Commerce, Education, Law and Engineering. For all courses except MBA, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of marks that scored in the qualifying examination through counselling. The Application fee for MA, M.Sc. & M.Com: The application fee for General categories is INR 600 while for SC/ST is INR 300.
The Application fee for MBA/PGDM: The application fee for General categories candidates is INR 800 and for SC/ST candidates is INR 400.
VSKU M.Phil. and Ph.D Admission 2023
VSKU invites applications for its Ph.D. and M.Phil. courses. Both the courses are available in full time and part-time formats. THE entrance (SKURESCET) conducted by the university itself for the selection candidates which is followed by an interview. In the month of May the application procedure will start. The Eligibility Criteria of these courses is that the candidates must have passed at least 55% marks at postgraduate level (50% marks for SC/ST students) and also passed in Bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from a recognized university in a stream demanded by the subject.
Selection procedure for M.Phil and Ph.D.:
- The university makes its selection of candidates based on the rank achieved in ‘Sri Krishnadevaraya University Research Common Entrance Test’(SKURESCET) followed by an interview.
- 85% seats are reserved for local students, who are employed for at least 4 years in the university area, in part-time courses.
- Candidates who have passed M.Tech, M.D.(Medical), M.E., M.Pharma don’t need to appear for the entrance. They will be selected based on the marks in their qualifying exam and an interview.
