BCAS New Delhi BSc Honors Admission 2020

Candidates may choose any of the eight specializations of the BSc Honors program offered by Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences. BSc Honors is a full-time course of 3 years duration. The selection of the eligible candidates for admission into this course is done based on their merit in the qualifying examination. Admission is given as per the instructions and rules of the Delhi University. The merit list is released on the website of the University. Applicants who have passed 10+2 in PCM/PCB/PCB from a recognized Board of Examination are considered eligible for admission.   • Applicants of BSc Hons. (Bio-Medical Science and Food Technology) get the relaxation of 3% in minimum eligibility marks, if they have scored a minimum of 60% marks in Mathematics in 10+2 examination.
  • As per the norms of Delhi University, 22.5% seats are reserved for SC/ ST candidates, where 15% of seats are for SC and 7.5% is reserved for ST students.
  • SC and ST candidates are facilitated with 5% relaxation in minimum marks required for eligibility if the reserved seats remained vacant the 5% relaxation is extended.
  • 27% seats are reserved for OBC- Non Creamy layer candidates and 10% relaxation in minimum eligibility marks are also provided to them,
  • Candidates with 40% of physical disability have 5% of the seats reserved for them in the course.
  • 5% of seats are reserved for Kashmir Migrants, Foreign Applicants, ECA, and Sportsperson.
  • If in any case, the student withdraws his/ her admission by July 31st the admission fee is refunded to him/ her after the deduction of INR 500.

How to Apply for Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences Admission 2020?

Delhi University allows an only online mode for application form submission. Candidate can follow these steps to apply the form of Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences:

Application Fee:

  • Pay the application fee online through any online payment gateway viz. Net Banking/ Credit/ Debit card. Candidates have to pay the application fee as per their category.

    • SC/ ST/ PH: Rs 100
    • Sports/ ECA: Rs 100

Documents Required

Bhaskaracharya College Delhi will accept soft copies of document papers submitted by students. If the candidate is unable to submit the requisite documents by the required date, her admission will automatically stand canceled.

The students shall be required to submit the following self-attested documents along with the application form in original:

  • Class X Board Examination Certificate
  • Class X Marks Sheet
  • Class XII Marks Sheet
  • Class XII Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate
  • The graduation mark sheet and other certificates (for PG courses)
  • Character Certificate (recent)
  • SC / ST Certificate (in the name of the candidate) issued by the competent authority.
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the Candidate) issued by the competent authority.
  • Transfer Certificate from school /college as well as Migration Certificate from Board/University is required from those students who have passed the senior secondary exam from outside Delhi.
