Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College offers various courses in undergraduation in the discipline of arts and commerce such as BA, B.Com (Hons), BA (Hons) etc. All these courses are for a full time duration of 3 years. The basic eligibility criteria to take admission in any of these UG courses is to have passed 10+2 in relevant streams with minimum 40% marks (for General degree) and 45% marks (for Hons. degree). The candidates are selected on the basis of the merit list prepared by calculating the percentage obtained in 10+2 in a language and 3 best subjects.

Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College offers MA Punjabi and M.Com under the PG programs through centralized admission by Delhi University. The candidates who plan to take admission in these PG courses must have obtained a graduate degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks from University of Delhi or any other recognized University. Selection of the candidates with 65% marks or above in graduate (Hons.) degree or 70% in general UG degree is done on merit basis while rest of the candidates have to appear for an entrance examination conducted by Delhi University.

Students applying under Sikh Minority Quota are required to get their Sikh Minority Certificate made from the office of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC), Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, New Delhi - 110 001 before the time of admission. This certificate is mandatory.
The placement cell plays a crucial role in facilitating placement related activities in the college. This year witnessed a huge variety of domains offered to students including Banking, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Education and many more. As many as 400 students were registered for the placement and internship sessions from distinct backgrounds and courses.

One of the constituent colleges of Delhi University, Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College is situated in New Delhi. The college was initially named after the ninth Guru of Sikhs Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur, called as Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa (Evening) College. It was established in 1973 but in the academic year of 1988-89. Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College has world-class infrastructure. Library of the college is fully air-conditioned and computerized with over 70 thousand books and is subscribed to various journals as per college departments’ needs. It also has a number of academic as well as cultural societies to ensure the overall development of its students. With the college’s helpful involvement, the societies are doing well in college as well as outside the college.
