The Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2023 hall tickets will be available for download from May 9, 2023, onwards from the official website. The AP EAPCET 2023 exam for engineering courses will be held from May 15, 2023, to May 19, 2023, and for agriculture and pharmacy courses, it will be conducted from May 22, 2023, to May 23, 2023. After the examination, preliminary answer keys will be uploaded on May 24, 2023, at 9:00 am, and the objections can be raised from May 24, 2023, at 9:00 am to May 26, 2023, at 9:00 am. Candidates are advised to download their hall tickets well in advance to avoid any last-minute technical glitches.

• The Department of Technical Education (DTE) will soon announce the counselling dates for AP EAMCET 2023.

What is AP EAPCET ?

Answer: The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) is an entrance examination conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). It's a pre-requisite for admission into professional courses such as engineering, medical, agriculture and pharmacy in colleges and universities across the state.

AP EAPCET 2023 Application Form

• Candidates can register themselves and fill out the application form available on the website through online mode.
• Students must make sure to complete all steps of the application process including the fee payment before the last date in order to avoid late fee.
• Before filling out the form, students are advised to go through the complete instructions and eligibility criteria.

AP EAPCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: The candidate appearing for the exam must be an Indian National. 
• State eligibility: The candidate appearing for the exam should belong to Andhra Pradesh or Telangana State and should satisfy the state status (Local/Non-Local).
• Educational Qualification: The different courses have different educational qualifications.

• The candidates who are applying must have cleared their 10+2 or must be appearing with the following subjects: Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as an optional or related vocational program in Engineering and Technology fields conducted by BIE, AP/ Telangana OR
• The candidate should have cleared the Diploma examination in Engineering (Organizing body - State Board of Technical Education and Training, AP/ Telangana) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the board.
• The candidates who would be applying for the engineering programs must have an age of 16 years as of 31st December 2021. However, the upper age limit has not been prescribed.

AP EAPCET 2023 Syllabus

• The questions in the entrance examination would assess the knowledge and level of understanding of the subject.
• The syllabus will have many topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects. 
• Candidates need to go through the syllabus to avoid waste of time by preparing unnecessary topics for the examination.

• The candidates need to make their timetable before they start their preparation and need to follow it strictly.

AP EAPCET 2023 Admit Card

• On the exam day, candidates have to carry admit card as a print copy. Other than this, the candidates have to paste a coloured photograph on the admit card.
• The photo should be attested by a Gazetted officer or principal of the college. 
• Candidates have to leave the space for the left thumb impression and signature empty. It is only to fill in the presence of the invigilator.
• The candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the above-mentioned documents.
• Candidates can download it by entering: Registration number, Qualifying exam hall ticket number, Date of birth
  Apart from the hall ticket, candidates also need to carry the following:
• Copy of filled in the online application form.
• Ballpoint pen of black or blue colour.
• Attested copy of caste certificate (only applicable for SC / ST candidates).

AP EAPCET 2023 Answer Key 

• The conducted authority will release the EAPCET provisional answer key and give chance to the candidates if, they want to make an objection or challenge the answer key.
• Authority considered the objection and if they find them correct then they make the changes in the answer key and published the AP EAPCET final answer key.
• After the publication of the final answer key, the authority will not entertain any objection from the candidates regarding the answer key, and candidates can't be able to make any complaints about the answer key.

AP EAPCET 2023 Result

• The rank card would be released after the successful condition of examination.
• Candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks to participate in the counselling process.
• The required percentage of marks to qualify for the test will be 25% which would be considered for the ranking.
• However, for the candidates belonging to SC/ST category, there will not be any prescribed minimum qualifying marks.

• The process of counselling would be conducted in offline mode.
• The allotment of seats and the verification of the documents would be done at the time of counselling.
• Candidates need to give their essential documents/testimonials at the time of the counselling process.
• After the process of documentation, the candidates will have to fill their choice of courses and colleges.
• The candidates would be allotted the seats according to the ranks they have scored, the choices filled by candidates, category, and the availability of the seats.
