AP PECET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who meet the following conditions will be eligible to take the Online PECET 2022.

• Nationality: Indian nationals (only from Andhra Pradesh) are eligible to apply. Candidates must meet all local and non-local status requirements, according to Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions guidelines.
• Qualification: To apply for B.P.Ed. Courses, candidates must have a three-year degree from a recognised AP government, and for G.D.P.Ed. Courses, applicants must have completed their intermediates or equivalent course from a recognised AP government.
• Age limit: To apply for P.Ed Courses, aspirants must be over the age of nineteen, and for U.G.D.P.Ed Courses, aspirants must be over the age of sixteen.

Eligibility for B.P.Ed. (Two Year)

Eligibility for the U.G.D.P.Ed. (2-Year Program)

Candidates must have taken or passed an Intermediate or equivalent course approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh State and be at least 16 years old on July 1, 2022. The candidate must, however, present the pass certificate at the time of counselling.

Note: Graduates from Deemed to be Universities and Private Universities are not eligible unless such programmes have been approved by a joint action committee of UGC, Distance Education Council, and AICTE.
