Authority will declare the AP PECET 2022 Result after the commencement of the test.  A merit list of qualified candidates will also be released.

• All those candidates who have secured the qualifying marks in AP PECET entrance test and SC & ST category candidates to whom qualifying marks have not been prescribed will be assigned the ranks in the order of their merit based on the aggregate marks obtained by candidates in all the tests put together including incentive marks, if they have got any.
• In case of more than one candidate will get the same marks then the authority will follow the tie-breaking criteria to resolve the tie.

How AP PECET 2022 Result Calculated?

The sore of AP PECET will be calculated based on the performance in the field test.

• Physical efficiency test – 400 marks
• Skill test in Game – 100 marks

The merit list will be prepared based on the marks of the secured in the test. Candidates who have secured more than the qualifying marks will be given rank in the merit list. In the case of candidates belonging to SC / ST, the ranks are allotted in the order of their score in AP PECET. In case of a tie, then the tie-breaking criteria are used to assign the rank.

AP PECET 2022 Tie-Breaking Criteria

In case two candidates scored the same marks then the authority will follow the AP PECET 2022 tie-breaking rules to resolve the tie. Given below is the tie-breaking criteria to assign the ranks to the candidate:

• Candidate having higher marks in Physical efficiency test will be considered for higher rank
• If the tie continues, then the marks in the skill test will be considered.
• If the tie still exists, then the candidate older in age will be given priority.

AP PECET 2022 Scheme for incentive Marks

Candidates who are perusing the given below qualifications from the certified authorities/institutions will get additional incentive marks in the marks scored in AP PECET 2022 entrance exam. So the schemes are given below:

• Sports Distinction / Participation – Candidates who represent the country in international meets.
• Certificate Issuing Authority – International Sports Federations / Associations or All India Sports Federation / Authorities affiliated to Indian Olympic Association.
• Incentive Marks – 100 marks.

• Sports Distinction / Participation – Candidate who has won a medal or place in National level meets or inter-university meets or School Game Nationals.
• Certificate Issuing Authority –  All India Sports Federation / Authorities affiliated to Indian Olympic Association or Indian Universities associations or Federation of School games.
• Incentive Marks:

1. For first positions – 75 marks
2. For second positions – 50 marks
3. For third positions – 30 marks

• Sports Distinction / Participation – Candidate who has Participated in any national-level meetings or inter-university level.
• Certificate Issuing Authority – All India Sports Federation affiliated to Indian Olympic Association or Indian Universities associations or Federation of School games.
• Incentive Marks – 25 marks.

• Sports Distinction / Participation – Won a medal or place at the State Inter-District Sports or State School Games
• Certificate Issuing Authority – State Association / State School Games Association
• Incentive Marks – 

1. For first positions -20 marks
2. For second positions – 15 marks
3. For third positions – 10 marks

• Sports Distinction / Participation – Won a medal or place University Inter-Zonal Competitions / Inter-Collegiate Tournaments
• Certificate Issuing Authority – University
• Incentive Marks – 

1. For first positions -15 marks
2. For second positions – 10 marks
3. For third positions – 5 marks

• Sports Distinction / Participation – Candidate who has completed one year course of NIS OR 
• One year Diploma in Yoga / Sports Management / Sports Science / Sports Journalism Olympic Education OR
• U.G.D.P.Ed Course or Basic Course in adventure Sports
• Certificate Issuing Authority – NSNIS or University or Recognised Institution
• Incentive Marks – 5 marks.

• Sports Distinction / Participation – Candidate must acquire NCC-“C” certificate or “B” certificate in case of U.G.D.P.Ed
• Certificate Issuing Authority – The Director of NCC A.P.
• Incentive Marks – 5 marks.

AP PECET 2022 Counselling

AP PECET 2022 Counselling Round will be conducted through a Web-based counseling process.  Counselling date will be notified on the website and in newspapers. Therefore, newspaper notifications and a list of helpline centers must be followed.
