How to apply for Bihar DCECE 2023 Counselling?

Candidate can follow the below-given steps to apply for DCECE 2023 Counselling:

• Step 1:  Visit the official website of BCECEB.
• Step 2: Click on the link "online counselling portal".
• Step 3: Then click on "Apply online"
• Step 4: After that, click on the ‘New Registration’ link for counselling portal
• Step 5: Candidate has to Register himself by filling the choices of preference of college and branch.
• Step 6: Pay the counselling fee and submit the details.

Bihar DCECE 2023 Counselling Procedure

Candidates have to register for the counselling process on time. After the submission of the choices, the first-round counselling list will be released by the authority. Seats will be allotted to candidates based on the merit list and availability of seats. Once the seat allotment process is completed, selected candidates will be provided with provisional allotment order. As per date & time mentioned on the provisional allotment letter, shortlisted candidates have to report at the centre for the verification and further admission procedures. After the first round of counselling, vacant seats will be filled by the second round of counselling.

Candidates have to note that the further rounds of counselling will only be held if it will be required by the authority. After the first two rounds of counselling, if seats still left vacant then the further round of counselling or spot counselling will be held.

DCECE 2023 Provisional Allotment Letter

After the choice filling, candidates who have been allotted seats will be able to download the Provisional Allotment letter from the counselling login portal. Candidates are required to report for the document verification process at the centre, date & time mentioned on the provisional letter. At the time of document verification, they must carry the letter for the verification along with the other verification documents in original.

DCECE 2023 Second Round of Counselling

In the second round of counselling, the candidates will only be called for the seats vacant after the first round of counselling. Candidates who are not satisfied with the seat alloted in first counselling can fill the ‘Upgradation form’ for the next round. Seats will be allotted to those candidates only who will fulfil all the requirements of the Board.
