CLAT Under Graduate (UG) Exam Pattern
It is always advisable to check the official CLAT exam pattern before starting your preparation.
- Duration: The duration of the examination will be two hours.
- Number of Questions: 150 questions will be asked in the examination.
- Type of Questions: The questions will be of objective type (multiple choice questions).
- Language: The question paper will be asked in English language only.
- Marking Scheme: Each question will carry one mark.
- Negative Marking: There will be negative marking process. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

- Medium of Exam: The question paper will be asked in English language only.
- Marking Scheme: For correct answer, one mark will be given to the candidates.
- Negative Marking: There will be negative marking process. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

- For PG courses, the questions will be asked from Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence and other law subjects such as Contract, Torts, Criminal Law, International Law, Environment Law and Human Rights topics.Candidates can prepare from model papers & last year question papers.
