ICSI CSEET 2023: Everything to Know About CS Executive Entrance Test Result

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is conducting the CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) 2023 mock test today, May 3, 2023. Candidates appearing for the ICSI CSEET exam on May 6 are required to take the test. The ICSI CSEET admit card was issued on April 27, 2023, and can be downloaded from the official website. Candidates must carry the hall ticket to the exam center on the day of the exam for verification purposes. Registrations for the ICSI CSEET July 2023 exam are open till June 15, 2023. Candidates who have passed the ICSI Foundation exam, ICAI CA Final exam, ICMAI Final exam, graduation with 50 percent marks or post-graduation are exempted from the exam and can apply for direct admission to the CS Executive programme. Candidates will receive an e-mail/SMS regarding batch timings, user ID, and password for the CSEET mock test. The mock test will help candidates get familiar with the exam pattern and boost their confidence for the actual exam.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has allowed students to enroll for ICSI CS exams in December 2023 with a late fee. You can still apply until tomorrow, which is October 19th.
Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) Latest Updates
Result Declaration Date: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) November 2023 result on November 10.
Result Availability: Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the CSEET November 2023 result from the official website of ICSI at icsi.edu.
Passing Criteria: To qualify in the CSEET 2023 exam, candidates must have obtained a minimum of 40% in each paper. The overall aggregate required for passing is 50% marks.
Exam Mode: The CSEET November 2023 exam was conducted in remote-proctored mode on November 4.
Re-Test: A re-test was organized on November 6 for applicants who faced technical issues and were unable to take the examination.
Discrepancy Resolution: In case of any discrepancy in the CSEET result 2023, candidates are advised to contact ICSI promptly to rectify the error.

Important Dates: The last date to submit the application form without a late fee is March 25, 2023. The candidates can submit the application form with a late fee of Rs 250 till April 9, 2023. ICSI CSEET 2023 Result
ICSI announces the result for CSEET online at icsi.edu. It is released in the form of a scorecard. To check the result, the candidates have to enter the following details:

Date of birth
Note that the result along with the candidate’s individual marks in all the subjects is uploaded on the official website. Immediately after the declaration of the result, the formal e-result-cum-marks-statement of CSEET is also uploaded on the official website for the candidate’s use. No physical copy of result-cum-marks-statement is issued to the candidates.

Registration Process: Interested candidates can register for the CS Executive and Professional June 2023 exams on the official website of ICSI - icsi.edu. Candidates need to fill in their personal and academic details and upload their photograph and signature in the prescribed format. They also need to pay the application fee online.
Before doing ICSI CSEET 2023 registration, make sure all the eligibility conditions are fulfilled. Now, enter the basic details which include personal and address details of the candidates such as qualification, name, gender, category, date of birth, email id, mobile number, address etc.
Then, check the fee details.
Next, upload the mandatory documents and preview the application.
Then, click on confirm the application fee button, select the payment mode and note down the transaction id for future references.

ICSI CSEET 2023 Admit Card
ICSI CSEET 2023 admit card can be download now in online mode. To download ICSI CSEET 2023 admit card, the candidates have to enter their unique request-id and date of birth. ICSI CSEET admit card specifies the details like:
Name of the candidate
Candidate’s roll number
Date of birth of the candidate
Exam date
Exam timings etc
On the day of the examination, the candidates need tocarry the printed copy of the admit card and valid id proof to the exam centre.
How is ICSI conducting CSEET as a Remote-Proctored Test?
The candidates need to show a valid id proof and admit card at the time of examination.
The candidates were required to log in 15 minutes before the test.
No candidates were allowed to log in 15 minutes after the commencement of the test
No candidate was allowed to complete the test before the expiry of 90 minutes
Any candidate was not allowed to keep any book, study material, hand-written or printed notes, pager,e earphone, mobile phone, calculator, Bluetooth device, smartwatch, health band etc at the time of exam.
Candidates were not allowed to use pen/paper and pencil at the time of the test.
Any other person apart from the candidate were allowed at the time of the test. Furthermore, the candidates were not allowed to converse with anyone or read the questions/answers aloud.
Candidates have to give the test from a laptop only (mobile / tablet were not allowed).
The candidates were not allowed to take bio-breaks between the test.

ICSI CSEET 2023 Exam Pattern
Exam Pattern: The CS Executive and Professional exams will be conducted in two groups, and each group will consist of four papers. The exams will be conducted in the offline mode, and the duration of each paper will be three hours. Check ICSI CSEET 2023 exam pattern given below:
May 2023 ExamMode: Online Proctor Test
Duration: The duration is of 120 minutes
Type of questions: CS Executive Entrance Test is comprised of multiple-choice questions
No. of questions: There are total 120 questions in the test
Marking Scheme: Each question is of01 or 02 marks. There is no negative marking in case of wrong answers.
Viva-Voce Examination: This is conducted simultaneously with MCQ or immediately after CBT through online mode using Artificial Intelligence (AI) or through recorded videos at the exam centres
Nature of questions: This basically tests the listening, written communication and oral communication skills of the candidates.
Duration: It is of 15 minutes
Marks: Viva – Voce is of30 marks in total
Note: For the May 2023 session, exam is going to be conducted in the remote-proctored test. Moreover, The Viva-Voce portion has been removed from the test and presentation and communication skills as a topic have been introduced in the entrance examination itself.
