GITAM GAT PGT 2020 Application Form has been released on 15 November  2019. GAT PGT is an entrance exam organized by GITAM (Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management). It is a University level exam for Post Graduation Courses. This entrance exam offers admission in various colleges situated in Vishakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru campuses. This exam is held annually and is conducted in online mode. Gitam GAT Post Graduate Test 2020 Registration form will be available in both online and offline mode. GITAM GAT PGT 2020 Application Form
Application Form of GITAM PGT will be released in both online and offline mode. GITAM GAT PGT Application form 2020 has been released on 15 November 2019 and can be filled till 30 March 2020. Candidates can check the below-given information related to GAT PGT registration 2020 in detail:
Online Method:
In online Mode GITAM GAT PGT 2020 Application Form of Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management PGT will be made available on the official website.

The form has to be filled by all the relevant details like personal information, nationality and preferences in the test centre, etc. for the registration process.
After successful completion of the registration of the application, an Application Number will be generated by the system, which should be used for completing the rest part of the application.
Then-candidate has to upload photograph signature & left-hand thumb impression as prescribed by the authority.
The photo image should not be older than 3 months.
JPEG format should be there of the photograph.
The candidate has to submit the full payment to complete the gitam entrance exam 2020 application form submission process.
The applicant has to take out the print copy of the filled application form for further use.
GITAM GAT will not be responsible for the loss or delay in receipt of the application form.

Offline Method:
GITAM 2020 Application Form can be obtained by post drawn from Director-Admissions by sending a written request to them. Candidates are requested to mention their names with mailing address along with a DD for Rs 800/- in favour of  GITAM UNIVERSITY payable at Visakhapatnam 530045 through any of the following banks:

GITAM GAT PGT 2020 Admit Card will be made available after the slot booking process on the official website of Gitam Hyderabad on 05 April 2020. Candidates are advised to download their admit card for further process. The Gitam Admission Test PGT Hall ticket will not be sent by post. Read all the given instruction on Admit card carefully.

GITM GAT PGT 2020 Preparation Tips
Candidates can prepare for the exam keeping in mind the useful tips given below:

Make a practical time table that can be followed easily
Prepare short notes for fast revision.

Study according to the syllabus prescribed by the authority.

GITAM GAT PGT 2020 Slot Booking
GITAM will open the open the window for GITAM GAT PGT Slot Booking 2020 on 05 April 2020. Candidates are advised to must choose a date and slot of their choice by using the GAT-2020 online booking system.

Must submit the information of application number, gender and date of birth while logging into the online booking system.
Candidates are required to book their slots using the online slot booking system from 05 to 07 April 2020. If any candidate does not book his / her slot on or before 07 April 2020, the system will automatically generate a date and time to appear for the examination.
Please note that the online booking system will not allow the candidate to book his/ her slot after 07 April 2020.

GITAM GAT PGT 2020 Result
The GITAM GAT 2020 Result will be declared on the official website of the university on 25 April 2020.

Candidates have to provide their Admit card no. of GAT PGT and DOB to get the result.
Candidate is advised to take a printout of the result for further process.

GITAM GAT PGT 2020 Merit List 
The candidate  will be qualified for the counselling process only if they manage to satisfy the GAT PGT 2020 merit list given below by the university:
i) The merit position of the candidate for admission will be based on the rank obtained in GAT - 2020 subject to the rule of reservation as per UGC guidelines as applicable to GITAM. A candidate qualified in GAT - 2019 will be eligible for admission only if they fulfil the requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination as per the eligibility criteria.
ii) 25% of seats are reserved for the students from Karnataka State for admission at Bengaluru Campus.
GITAM GAT PGT 2020 Counselling Process
GITAM GAT PGT Counselling 2020 call letters must be downloaded after logging in by providing the details.

The candidates must attend the counselling on the given date and time with original certificates and photostats in person for the verification process.
Seats will be allotted based on GATE /GITAM GAT PG TEST 2020 scored by the candidates on their choice of course opted and by seat availability.
The fee must be paid by the candidates who have been allotted the seats first.
