- Must have cleared B.E./B.Tech./AMIE in any branch of Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum of 60%.
For M Tech in Cyber Forensics and Information Security
- Candidate must have cleared B.E./B.Tech./AMIE in any branch of Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum of 60%.
For M Tech in Data Sciences
- Applicant must have cleared B.E./B.Tech./AMIE or equivalent in any branch of specialization with a minimum of 60%.
For M Tech in Radio Frequency and Microwave Engineering
- The aspirant must have cleared B.E./B.Tech./AMIE in Electronics and Communication Engineering or its equivalent with at least 60%.
For M Tech in VLSI Design
- Candidate must have cleared B.E./B.Tech./AMIE in ECE/EEE/EIE/Instrumentation/CSE/IT or its equivalent with a minimum of 60%.
For M Tech in Electronics Design And Technology

For M Tech in Food Processing Technology
- Should have cleared B.Tech. in Biotechnology/Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering/B.Pharmacy and M.sc. in Chemistry/ Food Science with proficiency in Basic Biology and Biotechnology or M.sc. in the area of Biological Science with basic Mathematics.
