HP PAT 2022 Answer Key is to be released by Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board (HPTSB). The answer key will contain the correct answers of all 150 questions that are being asked in the exam. How to calculate marks using HP PAT 2022 Answer Key?
If a candidate wants to calculate their marks to be obtained in the entrance exam, then he or she first has to understand the marking scheme of the exam. The marking scheme of HP PAT 2022 is mentioned below.
- For every right answer, a candidate will be awarded with 4 marks.
- For every wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted from the candidate's total marks obtained.
Now, there are the steps that candidates must follow to calculate their score from HP PAT 2022 Answer Key..
Step 1. At first, candidates have to match their answers with the answers given in the answer key.
Step 2. Then candidates have to note down the number of right answers and wrong answers.
Step 3. After noting dow the number of right and wrong answers, candidates can calculate the marks to be obtained by using the given below formula.
Marks Obtained= (Number of right answers X 4) - (Number of wrong answers X 1)
By using these formula candidates can easily calculate their score.
How to Download HP PAT 2022 Answer Key?
Those candidates who have appeared in the entrance exam will be able to download the answer key of HP PAT 2022 from the official website of Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board(HPTSB). To download the answer key, there are steps mentioned below, that candidates must follow.
Step 1. In the first step, candidates have to visit the official website of HPTSB.
Step 2. Then search here for "HP PAT 2022 Answer key" link.
Step 3. Now click on that link.
Step 4. Then answer key page will open as per the subject and paper wise.
Step 5. Candidates have to select the subject and paper for which they want to see the answer key.
Step 6. After selecting the subject and paper, click on the submit button.
Step 7. Now the candidates answer key will be open on the desktop screen.
Step 8. Candidates are advised to download the answer key in pdf format and then check their score by using the formula given above.
HP PAT 2022 Result
The result will be announced after the exam is conducted and the final answer key has been published. The result of only those candidates who have appeared in the entrance exam will be published. The result will be published only in online mode through the official website of HPTSB.
- Candidates will be selected for admission based on their performance in HP PAT exam.
- Selected candidates for admission will be allotted seats in Various Government and Private Polytechnics institutes in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
- The result will be published in the form of a merit list.
- If a case appears, when two or more candidates have score equal marks or ranks, then a candidate older in age will be given preference.
