HP PAT Counselling 2023 is conducted by H.P. Takniki Shiksha Board, Dharamshala Distt. Kangra. It is held to offer admission into the Govt. And Private un-aided Polytechnic colleges that offer diplomas in various courses. After the result declaration, the counselling is to be done in online mode and spot counselling is to be done in offline mode. Those candidates who will appear for the entrance test & qualify the same will only be called the counselling process. Documents Required for HP PAT Counselling 2023
On the day of HP PAT 2023 counselling, selected candidates will have to carry the following documents in original for verification purposes:
- PAT Result Score
- PAT Admit Card
- Original documents starting from 10th onwards:-
- 10th mark sheet
- 10th provisional certificates
- 12th mark sheet & provisional certificates
- Xerox of Aadhar card
- Migration certificate
- Domicile proof
- Transfer certificate
- Bank account and ifsc number
- Character certificate
- Medical fitness certificate
- Date of birth certificate
- Caste certificate
- Course fees as Demand Draft
HP PAT Counselling 2023
The candidates can check the below-mentioned important points regarding the Himanchal Pradesh PAT 2023 counselling:
- The counselling process will be conducted online.
- Each candidate will have to fill the form of choices as per their preference for subject & college.
- The candidates must fill the form based on the PAT 2023, 10+2 scores & availability fo seats as the seat will be allotted based on the performance in PAT.
- For seat allotment, applicants will have to reach the counselling centre along with the above-mentioned documents.
- If seats will remain vacant then the interested candidates can change their choices.
- The authority will conduct the other rounds of counselling if seats will remain vacant.

Reservation/weightage of any kind will be provided as per Govt. policy by the Admission Selection Committee. The category & sub-category as filled in the online form by the candidate shall be final and may not be changed in general; hence the decision of the Admission selection committee will be final.
