Authority has released the HPU MCA 2022 Application Form. Candidate must check their eligibility before filling the application form. Candidate can read the below-given points to know more information regarding HPU MCA Entrance exam.

• Candidate must read the information brochure before filling the application form.
• Candidate has to create an email account (one email ID for each candidate will only be considered valid).
• Mobile number must be given during the registration process.
• If the candidates don't have a mobile number, please enter the guardian's mobile number as all the important details will be forwarded through email/SMS only
• All red star fields are mandatory.
• Candidate must fill all the details carefully as no correction window will be provided by the authority.
• Candidate has to pay the application fee to confirm the submission of the form.
• Candidates are advised to take print of the filled application form for further process.

Documents required to fill the application form

Candidates must be ready with the following given below documents to fill the HPU MCA 2021 Application form:

• Scanned copy of applicant's recent photograph (Color)
• Scanned copy of applicant's signature (Either blue or black pen)
• Scanned copy of applicant's Father/Mother signature (Either blue or black pen)

How to fill HPU MCA 2022 Application Form?

Candidate can refer to the below-given steps to avoid mistakes during application form filling.

1. Visit the official website of the university.
2. Then click on the link "Application Form for HPCET-2022".
3. Now tick on the checkBox “I have downloaded the information bulletin and read all the instructions” and then click on the button “Proceed to Apply Online".
4. Now enter the following details:

• Candidate's name
• User name
• Password
• Date of Birth
• Email ID
• Mobile no

    5. Now the system will generate a Unique Form Number which is to be saved for further process.

Now again login using Username, Password and Application Form Number.

Now fill the basic detail like 

• Candidate's name
• Father's name
• Mother's name
• Aadhar Number
• Nationality
• Sex
• Programme applied for
• Branch
• Examination Centre
• Bonafide/Domicile of Himachal
• Category
• Sub Category
• DOB
• Email
• Defence
• Backward Area
• Address

Upload the required documents as prescribed by the authority.

• If you choose to make payment through bank Challan, select “Offline link to generate PNB Challan” option. PNB challan in triplicate (i.e. Candidate copy, bank copy and University copy) will be generated.
• Take the print out of the challan and deposit the fee in the nearest PNB branch.
  After depositing the fee in the Bank, re-login in your account at least after 24 hours and enter transaction number provided by the bank on the PNB Challan in the payment details page and click on “Save Payment Details”. PDF of the application form will be generated. 

If you choose to make fee payment online mode, choose a payment method from HDFC Credit/Debit Card, Other Credit /Other Debit Card, Net banking then select Debit/Credit Type i.e. Visa Debit Cards (All Banks), MasterCard Debit Cards (All Banks), Other Maestro Card.

Candidates must take print of the filled application form for further process.

HPU MCA 2022 Admit Card

The HPU MCA EE Admit card 2022 will be released one week before the examination date through online mode on the official website. All the candidate are advised to carry the hardcopy of the admit card at the  MCA EE 2022 examination centre. Without admit card applicants will not be allowed in the HPU MCA Entrance exam hall.
