JEECUP 2023 Counselling will be conducted by in online mode on the official website of the UPJEE Council. Those who will qualify the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination 2023 will have to attain counselling for documents verification and fee payment for admission. Eligible candidates who wish to take part in the counselling process need to register first on the web portal of the exam itself. At the time of registration, the candidates need to submit the choice of course/institute as many as they want to. Based on the merit in the test, choice submitted and availability of seat, candidates are allotted a seat, after which they need to report at the allotted institute for document verification and completion of other admission formalities. The last date to participate in the special round counselling is September 12, 2023. Candidates who are interested in participating in the special round counselling can download the JEECUP 2023 special round schedule from the official website.
The special round counselling will be held for all the 13643 seats that are vacant after the 4 rounds of the main counselling.
The choice filling for the special round will be done online through the JEECUP website.
The seat allotment for the special round will be done on the basis of the merit list prepared by the JEECUP.
The document verification for the special round will be done at the allotted colleges.

Documents Required for JEECUP 2023 Counselling
All those who will qualify the written round & will be called for counselling & seat locking will have to report at the Counselling venue along with the mentioned below certificates/ documents:
Class 10th & 12th mark sheet.
Class 10th & 12th certificate.
JEECUP 2023 counselling letter.
JEECUP 2023 admit card.
JEECUP 2023 scorecard.
Valid ID Proof (Aadhar card / Voter ID card / PAN card / Driving License / Passport).
Caste certificate, if applicable.
Domicile certificate.
Recent passport size photographs (2 copies).
Parent's income certificate
JEECUP 2023 Counselling Process
The candidates can check the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination counselling procedure below in the given steps:
Step 1 - Online Registration
Candidates can register themselves through online mode from the JEECUP official website.
To register they will have to use the JEECUP 2023 login details and then pay the counselling registration fee.
Step 2 - Choice Filling
After the registration for counselling, they will need to give the choices of preferences for courses and colleges.
Applicants are advised to must check the seat availability before filling the online choices.
There is no limitation on the number of selecting the choice of course and college.
Step 3 - Documents Verification
The purpose of the verification of documents is to verify the records of candidates regarding their identification, age, qualifying examination, the state of eligibility, category, etc against the original documents submitted by the qualified candidate.
The reserved category candidates will be required to submit the caste certificate issued by the competent authority on the day of the Seat Allocation Process.
Note - Those who will fail to produce the authentic documents will not be considered for admission under any circumstances.
Step 4 - Seat Allocation & Fee Deposition
After the seats have been allotted, if satisfied with the allotment, candidates will have to submit a security fee.
On depositing the security fee, the candidates can check two (02) options of seat allotments:
Freeze: In this process, the candidates who have been allotted seats can download the JEECUP allotment letter.
Float: Under this option, one can upgrade & participate in other rounds as per the previously filled choices.
Step 5 -Report at the Allotted College
Those who will complete the above-mentioned steps will have to report to the allotted college/institution within the prescribed date and time to complete other admission formalities.
JEECUP 2023 Counselling Registration Fee
At the time of online choices filling, candidates will have to deposit a counselling registration fee for JEECUP Counselling 2023.
Rs 250/- is the counselling fee to be paid via online mode using net banking or credit/debit card.
How to Check JEECUP 2023 Seat Allotment Result?
The candidates can check their JEECUP counselling result by simply following the instructions as provided below:
Step 1: Click on the direct link on this page or visit the official website of the JEECUP.
Step 2: Then, the candidates will have to log in by entering their roll number & password.
Step 3: Click on the “Sign-In” button to submit the details.
Step 4: On submitting the login details, the candidates can view their seat allotment results.
