The Kerala SET exam Paper I consists of questions from two divisions or subjects: general knowledge and teaching aptitude. The question paper will have a total of 120 one-mark multiple-choice questions, including 60 MCQs in each part. Candidates will have two hours to answer the questions. Candidates can see the Kerala SET test pattern for Paper I in detail below:

The Kerala SET test Paper 2 is divided into 31 courses. Candidates must select a subject for Paper 2 based on their subject of specialisation at the Post Graduate (PG) level when completing the Kerala SET application form. Except for Mathematics and Statistics, which have 80 MCQs at 1.5 points each, the paper has a total of 120 MCQs worth 1 point each. The candidates will have two hours to complete the exam. The Kerala SET test pattern for Paper 2 is provided below in detail:

In both Paper I and Paper II, aspirants will receive one mark for each correct answer.
The lone exception is the Mathematics and Statistics sections in Paper II, where each right answer adds 1.5 points to the overall score.
There is no negative marking in the KSET 2022 exam.
