MH CET Law 2023 Exam Pattern will be released soon by the examination authority of the MH CET Law entrance exam. The exam pattern of MH CET comprises information about the number of questions, total time duration, marking scheme, mode of exam, etc. MH CET Law (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law) is a state-level entrance exam. It is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai. The various colleges/institutions offered law courses on the basis of MH CET Law entrance test scores. Candidates can get admission in the 3 years of LL.B and 5 years of Integrated-LL.B courses through this examination. The exam is also referred to as Maharashtra Law CET. MH CET Law 2023 Exam Pattern

  • Date of Exam: The exam will be held in July 2023 (5 years LLB) & in July 2023 (3 years LLB).
  • Mode of Examination: The exam will be conducted through online mode only (Computer Based Test).
  • Session: The examination will be organized in multiple sessions.
  • Type of Question: Question paper will be of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ).
  • Language: The question paper will be asked in English & Marathi language.
  • Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking for incorrect responses.
  • Duration of Exam: The time will be given will be of 2 hours.
  • No. of Questions: The question paper will be comprised of 150 marks.

Exam Pattern for 3 Years of LL.B

For 3 years LL.B exam, the questions will be asked from four subjects. In these subjects Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning (40 marks), General Knowledge with current affairs (40 marks), Logical and Analytical Reasoning (30 marks) and English (50 marks). One mark will be allotted for each correct answer. The number of questions will be equal to the total marks. Candidates can study these topics and score well in the examination.

Exam Pattern of 5 Years of LL.B

For 5 years integrated-LL.B, the questions will be asked from the various topics. These consists of the Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning of 40 marks, General Knowledge with Current Affairs of 30 marks, Logical and Analytical Reasoning of 40 marks, English of 30 marks and Mathematics Aptitude of 10 marks.

The number of questions will be equal to the total marks. Candidates can study these subjects to be qualified in the examination. One mark will be awarded for every correct answer.
