MITID DAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria must be followed by all those who want to take admission in Bachelor of Design and Master of Design. Before filling the form candidates must ensure the eligibility requirements. The exam is conducted once a year at the national level. MITID DAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria
MITID DAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria qualification is given below, so candidates must read it carefully. If the candidate found ineligible at any stage of admission process the applying institute has the right to cancel their admission. MITID DAT Eligibility for B.Des
The detailed criteria for Bachelor of Design (B.Des) are listed below:
- The candidates must hold a degree of 10+2 level from any recognized board or university or institute.
- The applying candidates must have at least passing scores in the qualifying exam to be eligible for the entrance exam to be conducted by the MIT Institute.
- Bachelor of Design in MIT Institute is for 4 years (8 semesters) duration intensive professional program.
MITID Eligibility for M.Des
The detailed eligibility for Master of Design (M.Des) is mentioned below in the points:

| Product Design Transportation Design Interior Space & Furniture Design Retail Design | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, Science or Industrial Design from a recognized board/university. |
| Graphic Design Animation Film Design | Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Literature, Media, Film, Animation or any communication design discipline from a board/institute which is recognized by any National Education Body. |
| Film & Video Design Immersive Media Design Design Management Fashion Management & Marketing | Candidate must hold a degree of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized body. |
| User Experience Design | Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or any Design Discipline. |
| Transcultural Design | Bachelor’s Degree in Design holder from a recognized board/institute is eligible. |
MITID DAT Intake Capacity for Programmes
The Institute has the following number of seats for MITID DAT 2022 Bachelor and Master Degree Programme:
- For B.Des Programme there are 200 seats and for B.Des Fashion Programme there are 60 seats only.
- For Master's in Design, the total number of seats is 150.
