Tie-Breaking Criteria for NBE FET 2023

If any two or more candidates obtained the same score for a particular super speciality course, the following tie-breaking criteria will be applied to determine merit in descending order of application till unique merit is determined for all such candidates:
1. Applicants having a lesser number of negative responses in the overall paper will be placed at a higher merit position compare to other candidates.
2. The applicant obtaining a higher score in Part B of the question paper will be placed in a higher merit position.
3. The applicant having a lesser number of negative responses in Part B of the question paper will be placed at a higher merit position.
4. The older applicant will be placed in a higher merit position.
