NCHMCT JEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria qualification is given below, so candidates must read it carefully. If a candidate will be found ineligible at any stage of the admission process the competent authority has the right to cancel their admission.

NCHMCT JEE 2024 Age Limit

The age criteria for NCHMCT JEE 2024 is mentioned below:

• General and OBC categories - upper age limit is 25 years as of 01 July 2024. Candidates born on or after 01 July 1995 are eligible to apply.
•  Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates - upper age limit is 28 years as of 01 July 2024. SC/ST candidates who are born on or after 01 July 1991 are eligible.
• Upper age limit for Physically Challenged candidates - as per the category he/she belongs to i.e. General / SC / ST / OBC.

NCHMCT JEE 2024 Educational Criteria

Check the eligibility criteria for the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination below:

• The applicants must hold a certificate of the Intermediate level from a recognised board/university.
• The candidate must have passed 10+2  with English as one of the subjects.
• Appearing candidates in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in NCHM JEE 2024 on a provisional basis. Provisional admission will be cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination is not submitted at the counselling or admission time. The offer of admission is subject to verification of original certificates/documents at the time of admission.

NCHMC JEE 2024 Eligibility for NRIs

Check the below details for knowing the eligibility criteria for the NRI's for NCHMC JEE 2024 exam:

• Intermediate level or two-year Pre -University Examination organised by a recognized Board/ University.
• General Certificate Education Examination (Cambridge/Sri Lanka/London) at the Advanced (A) level. 
• Should have passed High School Examination of the Cambridge University.
• Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or a foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education are eligible to apply.
• H.S.C. Vocational Examination approved by the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) and State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT) of concerned State.
• Senior Secondary Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects including English as one of the subjects.

NCHMC JEE 2024 Reservations

For admission to a participating institute, please see the reservations applicable in that particular institute. Although,  in the case of Institutes of Central Government following reservation will be given as per the caste:

• 15% of the seats are reserved for the Scheduled Caste for the NCHMC JEE 2024.
• 7.5% for the Scheduled Tribe candidates.
• 27% for the category Other Backward Classes belonging to the “ Non Creamy layer” (OBC-NCL).
• Each category will have 5% reservations for Disabled Person (PwD) as defined in The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPwD Act 2016).
• Kashmiri Migrant Reservation- One seat (Supernumerary) in each Central and State Government affiliated IHM is provided for Registered Kashmiri Migrants. Such applicants shall have to qualify for the NCHM JEE 2024. Candidates registered with different State Govt. should produce proof of registration in original at the time of Counselling and at the time of admission to the Institutes.
