TS EAMCET 2024 Exam Pattern will be released by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE. The pattern will be released along with the prospectus on its official website. Tech, B.Pharma, B.Sc, MBBS, and BDS. And it consists of two separate papers. The question paper contains bilingual questions either in English and Telugu (OR) in English and Urdu languages.

Exam Pattern for Engineering
The Exam for Engineering aspirants will be conducted in a paper consisting of objective type questions. And, there will be a total of 160 questions comprising mainly of:
- Mathematics – 80 questions
- Physics – 40 questions
- Chemistry – 40 questions

- The paper will be conducted offline (pen and paper-based) Exam using OMR sheets. The question paper will also be available in two languages: English, Telugu, and Urdu.
- This is for the candidate's ease to attempt the Exam in whichever language they are comfortable in writing.
- The candidate must also know that each correct answer will fetch them one mark, and it is also to be noted that there is no negative marking for an incorrect answer.

The Exam for Agriculture aspiring candidates will be a paper consisting of 160 objective type questions. Out of the four possible choices, there will be one correct answer. The total of 160 questions is divided into sections as:
- Biology – Botany = 40, zoology = 40
- Physics – 40 questions
- Chemistry – 40 questions

The exam for the Medical aspiring candidates will be a paper consisting of 160 objective type questions, and the paper will be offline based taken on an OMR sheet. Out of the 160 questions, various sections are:
