UBTER JEEP 2023 Counselling: Documents Required, Seat Allotment

UBTER JEEP 2023 Counselling will be conducted by the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education. UBTE will release the notification and application form for spot counselling. To check the seat allotment result, candidates need to enter the login credentials via; JEEP roll number and password. During counselling, the documents of the selected candidates will be verified and then they will be allotted seats. How to participate in UBTER JEEP 2023 Counselling Process?
The UBTER JEEP 2023 Counselling will be done via online mode. Below are the steps for the process of seat allotments:
Registration:
- STEP 1: First of all, the candidates need to visit the official website.
- STEP 2: Thereafter on the homepage click on the course link, for which candidate wants to register.
- STEP 3: After doing so, some instructions will be given, read carefully and click on agree.
- STEP 2: Then the registration form for counselling opens on the page, fill the form by entering the below-mentioned details:
- JEEP roll number
- DOB
- Candidate name
- security pin
Choice Filling:
The next steps is to fill the choices in the order of preference. Candidates can choose a college, courses among the options provided in the drop-down box.
Seat Allotment:
- STEP 1: Now, the seat allotment will be done based on the choices filled, basis of his/her merit in the exam. Download the allotment letter for future purposes.
- STEP 2: Lastly, counselling fee payment has to be done for confirmation.

The official authority will give reservations to the candidates in the following percentage:
