UBTER JEEP 2023 Tie-Breaking Criteria

A tie is a situation when two or more candidates have scored equal ranks or marks in the final merit list. If a tie exists in the UBTER JEEP 2023 merit list, then it will be dissolved in the following ways.

• At first, the tie will be solved with the help of the date of birth. An older candidate will be given preference above the younger candidate.
• If the tie persists, then a candidate who has scored higher marks in mathematics followed by Science/ Chemistry and Biology will be given preference.
• At last, if a tie still exists, then the merit will be determined as per the decision of the Uttrakhand Board of Technical Examination Roorkee(UBTER). 

UBTER JEEP 2023 Counseling

• The UBTER will conduct the computerized counseling to allot seats to candidates for admission in the various diploma programs offered by the institute.
