Chanakya National Law University Patna (CNLU PATNA) - Results

Results for the same are published within the two-three weeks of examination. University is also supposed to release the compartment results, revaluation result, Toppers List and other notification along with the semester results which students can download from the CNLU website. 

CNLU Result 2020

After several days from the exams, the university announces end-semester results for the BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, LL.D, and Ph . D program on its official website. Candidates can review the results of regular/ backlogs for different semesters .  CNLU end-term examination results are usually published for odd semesters in the month of December. When the applicant clicks on the desired semester link, a PDF file will be automatically downloaded, containing results for all courses provided by the university. Candidates can check their subject grades from the PDF file for each subject in a given course by searching for their roll number.

Semester results for CNLU programs will be published to the official website of the university within one month of the final exams. Upon entering their respective roll numbers, candidates can check their score card along with the rank, and access the electronic marksheet for the current session year.

CNLU Semester Exams

The semester final examinations shall be held at the end of each semester in each course. The semester final examination is mainly the theory paper of two and a half hours duration. lt shall be the responsibility of the university to conduct the theory portion of the semester final examination. Practical examinations shall be conducted by the respective colleges. ln affiliated colleges, the final practical examination shall be conducted and evaluated by the - nominated teacher from University College.

Revaluation of Answer Sheet

Candidates who wish to apply for revaluation of results can fill the concerned application form and submit it along with the required fee to the university within the stipulated time. The Chanakya National Law University, in Patna, Bihar, India, is a public law school and a national law university. It was established in 2006 as a public university dedicated to the field of legal education by the Bihar Government. Under the guidance of its vice-chancellor / pro-chancellor, Prof. Dr. A. Lakshminath, former dean and registrar, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, the university was established on 15 August 2006. CNLU was created under the Chanakya National Law University Act , 2006 (Bihar Act No. 24 of 2006) and included in the U.G.C. Act, 1956, section 2(f) & 12(B). CNLU offers an integrated five-year course in two corresponding streams, namely B.A., LL.B(Hons)/B.B.A, LL.B(Hons), via a national CLAT exam that is taken by approximately 80,000 students each year.
