What is AMUEEE ?

Answer: The Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Exam (AMUEEE 2023) is an entrance examination conducted by the Aligarh Muslim University for aspiring engineering candidates who wishes to receive admission in various engineering programmes offered by the university. AMUEEE is a national-level entrance exam, which is held once a year.

AMUEEE 2023 Application Form

• E-mail ID and mobile number should remain the same till the admission process is completed otherwise Candidates might not get all the important details.
• Candidates also have to upload their scanned photograph and signature along with left-hand thumb impression in JPG format only. The file size should be from 20KB to 100KB.
• Candidates must ensure that the Online Application Form is filled properly with all complete details.
• Incomplete/incorrect applications are liable to be rejected at any stage without prior information to the candidate.

Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of this University or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

OR

• Diploma in Engineering of this University with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• Candidates applying for admission to B.Tech can also apply for admission to B.Arch

• Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of this University or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

OR

• Diploma in Engineering of this University with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

• No login access will be required to download the answer key.
• Firstly, a provisional answer key will be released & then the final answer key.
• Applicants can challenge the answer key if not satisfied with it, but for that, they will have to submit academic documents in support of it & Rs 100/ per question.
• If the objection will be found correct then the fee will be refunded.

Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Examination is a university level entrance exam which is conducted every year by Aligarh Muslim University. By this entrance exam, candidates can get admission in various UG, PG, and diploma courses in the field of Science, Arts, and Commerce streams. Aligarh Muslim University

Aligarh Muslim University or AMU grew out of the work of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, the great Muslim reformer and statesman, who in the aftermath of the Indian War of Independence of 1857 felt that it was important for Muslims to gain education and become involved in the public life and government services in India. 

The British decision to replace the use of Persian in 1842 for government employment and as the language of Courts of Law caused deep anxiety among Muslims of the sub-continent. Sir Syed saw a need for Muslims to acquire proficiency in the English language and Western sciences if the community were to maintain its social and political clout, particularly in Northern India. He began to prepare a foundation for the formation of a Muslim University by starting schools at Moradabad (1858) and Ghazipur (1863). His purpose for the establishment of the Scientific Society in 1864, in Aligarh, was to translate Western works into Indian languages as a prelude to prepare the community to accept Western education and to inculcate scientific temperament among the Muslims. The intense desire to ameliorate the social conditions of Indian Muslims led Sir Syed to publish the periodical, 'Tehzibul Akhlaq' in 1870.
