Following are the important documents that a candidate need to carry for APPGCET 2022 Counselling:

• Qualifying exam hall ticket
• Qualifying exam degree/certificate
• APPGCET 2022 hall ticket
• APPGCET 2022 Score Card
• Reservation Certificate for SC, ST, EWS,etc
• Date of birth proof (10th level certificate)
• NCC and Games & Sports/ Extra-Curricular Activities certificate
• Differently Abled medical certificate

APPGCET 2022 Counselling Procedure

Admissions shall be made in the order of merit on the basis of the rank assigned in the relevant branch in the APPGCET. 

• The admission authority will collect rank lists of the qualified candidates. Thereafter it will prepare and notify the schedule for admissions, venue, timings and all other necessary details in at least two leading national daily newspapers (one vernacular and one English), at least 8-10 days before the commencement of counselling.
• The counselling will be done through a computerized Single Window System either by following centralized or decentralized Online Counseling at various centres and shall prepare the seat matrix of Institutions. There shall be no other mode.
• No Institution shall issue notification and call for applications for admission into PG Programs separately or individually.  
• The candidates will be selected and allotment of PG Programs / Institutions shall be solely based on the merit as adjudged by the rank obtained duly following the rules of reservation as applicable.  
• Once a candidate secures admission to a particular institution based on his / her option, no more claims will be entertained during that phase of admissions.
• The candidate needs to pay the total fees payable per annum as fixed by the APHERMC for the course offered by the Institution concerned. However, the candidates who are eligible for Jagananna Vidya Deevana (RTF) scheme are exempted from paying the tuition fee.
