APPGCET 2023 Exam Pattern: Mode, Duration, Type of Questions

APPGCET 2023 Exam Pattern will be released by Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa on behalf of APSCHE. AP Post Graduate Common Entrance Tests paper will have all objective types questions which have to be solved within 90 minutes. All those who will qualify will be given admission into the first year of various P.G. Course in the Academic Year 2023-24 offered by Andhra Pradesh State-funded Universities and their Constituent/ Affiliated [Government and Private (Aided/Unaided)] Colleges including Minority Educational Institutions in the State.
APPGCET 2023 Exam Pattern
Those who have applied or seeking to apply must check APPGCET 2023 Exam Pattern as it given an idea of types of questions to be asked, exam mode, duration, number of questions, etc. :
- Medium of Paper: the question paper will be in English for all the programs except for language-related question paper.
- Mode of exam: the test will be organised via CBT (Computer Based Test mode)
- Type of questions: all the Multiple choice questions will be asked in the paper
- Duration of exam: the examinees will have to answer the question within 90 minutes(1:30 hours)
- Total number of questions: 100 questions will be there and all are compulsory to answer
- Marks/ question: +1 mark will be rewarded for each correct response.
- Negative marking: there will be no negative marking for any wrong answer
- The admission test will consist of any 3 or 4 varieties of objective type items such as analogies, classification, matching, comprehension of a research study/experiment / theoretical point of view, etc., with multiple answers.
- The minimum qualifying marks for ranking in APPGCET shall be 35% of maximum
marks for all general category candidates. However, there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for the candidate of Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
