APPGCET 2023 Registration Process: Application Form, How to Fill?

The AP PGECET 2023 Application Form will be available online ver soon as only the exam dates have been revealed. The Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Admission Test (AP PGECET) is a state-level engineering entrance test administered on behalf of APCHE by the Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam. Candidates seeking admission to various PG Engineering Courses provided by various government and private institutions across the state will take the exam. We have supplied all of the information that candidates need to know about the AP PGCET 2023 exam in this article.

AP PGCET 2023 Application Form

  • The Application Form will be available online in the first quarter of 2023.
  • Candidates must validate their eligibility before registering for the exam, as the registration procedure will be limited to just those who are eligible.
  • Following the submission of the Application Form, there will be three steps: Payment of the Application Fee, filling out the Application Form, and printing the filled-in Application Form.
  • Candidates must carefully complete all steps in the application form, though the government will provide an AP PGECET application form correcting service.
  • Candidates must complete their application forms by the second week of June 2023, since no applications will be accepted after that date.
  • It is recommended that applicants maintain their application form and fee receipt.

APPGCET 2023 Registration Process

Before filling out the application form, applicants should read the eligibility conditions for the AP PGECET. Following the steps below, candidates can complete the AP PGECET 2023 application form.

Things to keep ready before filling AP PGECET 2023 Application Form:

Applicants should have the following documents ready before filling out the application:

  • A valid email address and a working phone number are required.
  • Aadhaar Card of the Candidate
  • Ration Card of a Candidate
  • Scanned copies of your most recent passport photo and signature
  • Details about your academic qualifications
STEP 1: Payment of Application Fees
  • First and foremost, candidates must pay the AP PGECET application cost.
  • You will not be able to submit your application and it will not be deemed complete unless you pay the application cost.
  • Fees for filling out the AP PGECET application form can be paid online with a debit/credit card/net banking account or at one of the state's certified AP online helpdesk centres.
  • If you're making a payment online, you'll want to keep the transaction ID safe.
  • The AP PGECET application fee varies by category, as stated below:

If the application cost is paid through AP Online Centres, applicants must fill out the following information:

  • Candidate's Name Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No.
  • Information about the Qualifying Degree
  • Date of Birth of the Candidate
  • An active mobile number and a valid email address
  • A Different Phone Number
  • Fee (in Rs.) to be Paid for Eligible Papers

As proof of the aforesaid information, the applicant must present the relevant documentation. The created transaction ID should be kept safe after the fee has been paid.

Step 2: Registration

After making the payment of the application fees, applicants will need to register for APGECET 2023. To log in & fill out the application form for the AP PGECET, you must provide the following information:
  • Reference/ Transaction ID of Payment
  • Hall Ticket Number of Qualifying Exam
  • An active Mobile Number
  • Applicant’s DOB (Date of Birth)

Step 4: Uploading of Scanned Documents

Applicants will be required to upload scanned images of their signature and photograph. The following are the required specifications:

Step 5: Fill out and submit the AP PGECET Application Form 2023.
  • Finally, the applicants must submit the completed application form.
  • After submitting the form, the applicant will be given an application number, which should be kept safe for future references.
  • Applicants must print a copy of the completed application form. It must be completed at the designated test centre.

APPGCET 2023 Application Form Correction

Applicants will be given the opportunity to change any incorrect information on the APPGCET 2023 Application Form, as well as a certain period of time to do so. After the deadline, any changes to the application form will not be counted. The form correction feature provides applicants with a one-time opportunity to correct any errors that may have occurred throughout the application process. Changes can be done in places like:
  • Signature of the Candidate
  • Photograph of the candidate
  • Name of the Mother
  • Details of the Qualifying Examination by Birth State
  • Year of Passage, Place of Study, and so on.
