CEPT Entrance Exam 2023 will be organised by CEPT University (Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology) for admission into PG programmes in like Masters in Arch Design, Conservation & Regeneration, Architectural History and Theory, Landscape Arch, etc. The exam is held once a year at the university level. CEPT Entrance Exam 2023 Application Form

The candidates can check below the vital points to be kept in mind regarding CEPT Entrance Exam 2023 Application Form:

  • The applicants should register themselves by creating an account on the website.
  • After creating an account they will find the application form which will have to be filled with the required details.
  • Applicants must be careful while filling in the information as it should match the previous educational certificates.
  • They should upload the scanned documents as per the instructions.
  • In case the candidate is interested in more than one program, a separate application is required to be filled for each program.
  • Aspirants must apply within the stipulated dates.
  • Once the form will be submitted they must keep the copy of it for any future reference.

CEPT Entrance Exam 2023 Application Fee:

The candidates can deposit the fee as per the form they will fill. Payment once made will not be refunded in any case. The application form fee for the academic year 2021-22 is Rs. 3,500/ for the first form. For all the subsequent forms it is Rs. 1,000/- each. The fee can be paid via Debit/Credit card/Internet banking. Offline mode (NEFT)

Master in Conservation & Regeneration 

B.Arch /B.Tech (Structural, Civil), B.A in Archaeology, Bachelors in Interior Design (Minimum 4 years), Bachelors in Urban Design or Planning (Minimum 4 years) with a score of 55% aggregate marks for Unreserved category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.

Master in Architectural History & Theory
  • B.Arch
  • Minimum Qualification for MA (Master of Arts in Architectural History and Theory ) B.Tech (Structural, Civil), Bachelors in Interior Design (Minimum 4 years), Bachelors in Design (B.Des) (Minimum 4 years), Bachelors in Urban Design or Planning (Minimum 4 years).
  • With a minimum score of 55% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved candidates.
Master in Landscape Architecture
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Interior Design disciplines with at least four full-time academic years in duration.
  • A postgraduate degree in any of the disciplines like Botany, Ecology, Horticulture, Geography, Agriculture, Forestry, Geology, Hydrology or similar natural sciences of a minimum of two years of full-time study with a prescribed bridge course
  • 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Planning with a prescribed bridge course
  • with a minimum score of 55% aggregate marks for UR candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates in the qualifying degree. 
Master in Urban Planning
  • UG degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Urban Design/Construction Technology.
  • UG degree in Interior Design (of minimum five years duration)
  • UG degree in Design (of minimum five years duration)
  • UG degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engg
  • PG degree in Urban Design / Landscape Architecture
  • Master Degree in Science/ Technology/ Geomatics/Geo-informatics/Geographical Information System.

Master in Urban Transport Systems
  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Urban Design/Construction Technology
  • Bachelor Degree in Interior Design (of minimum five years duration)
  • Bachelor Degree in Design (of a minimum of five years duration)
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering

Master in Urban Infrastructure

Master in Urban Housing

  • Minimum requirement of marks is 55% aggregate marks for general category & 50 % aggregate marks for reserved category candidates
Master in Urban ManagementBachelor’s degree from any stream with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved categories candidates.
Master of Technology in Construction Engg & Mgt
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engg, Construction Technology, Environmental Engineering, Urban Design & Architecture
  • Applicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category shall have a minimum of 55% aggregate marks and for reserved category of 50% aggregate marks is a minimum requirement.
  • The candidate shall have cleared XII Examination in the science stream with Mathematics and Physics as required subjects.
Master of Technology in Structural Engg Design 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology with a minimum mark of 55% aggregate marks for UR candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.
  • The candidate shall have cleared XII Examination in the science stream with Mathematics and Physics as required subjects.
Master of Technology in Geomatics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geoinformatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Water Resources, Agriculture, Planning, Urban Design and Architecture. 


OR

  • Master’s degree in Basic Science, Earth Science, Geoinformatics, Climate Science, Environment Science, Information Technology, Disaster Management and Geography.
  • With a minimum of 55%, aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories shall have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
  • The candidate shall have cleared XII examination in the science stream with Mathematics & Physics as required subjects.
Master of Technology in Building Energy Performance 
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Energy Engineering /Environmental Engineering /  Construction Technology / Architecture / Urban Design/ Interior Design or Interior Architecture (five-year programs only)

  • With a minimum of 55% aggregate marks and 50 % aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.
  • The candidate shall have cleared XII examination in the science stream with Mathematics & Physics as required subjects.
Master in Building Products & Systems
  • B.Arch recognized by the Council of Architecture
  • Bachelor’s Degree (min 04 years needed) in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Product Design, or Textile Design
  • Diploma in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Interior Arch, Product Design, or Textile Design 
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design (minimum 05 Years Program)
  • With atleast 55% aggregate marks for General category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved categories candidates.
Master in Interior Design 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture 
  • Bachelor’s Degree (min 04 years) in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or Product Design
  • Diploma in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Interior Architecture,  Product Design, or Textile Design (12 + 4), provided that the Program is considered equivalent to a degree.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design (Five Years Program)
  • With a minimum of 55% marks for General category candidates & 50% aggregate marks for reserved categories candidates.
Master in Furniture Design 

CEPT Entrance Exam 2023 Pattern

To successfully qualify for the exam, the candidates must know about the scheme of the exam. So to know about CEPT Entrance Zone 2023 Exam Pattern check the below-given points:

  • The medium of exam - The question paper will be available only in the English
  • Mode of exam - Pen and Paper type test
  • Questions Type - MCQ type, drawing and sketching, and brief answer questions.
  • Duration of exam - Applicants will get 03 hours(180 minutes) to complete the exam.
  • Negative marking - There will be no negative marking done in this test.
