Bachelor of Interior Design | - 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as obligatory topics OR passed a 10+3 Diploma* examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and a valid NATA score as prescribed by Council.
NOTE: A student must have completed a Diploma (I0+ 3) in any field with Mathematics as a compulsory subject from the following institutions: A University formed or incorporated by or under a Central or State Act, or an institution determined to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act. 1956 (3 or 1956) OR Applicants who have passed the qualifying examination from a school outside of India and meet the minimum eligibility criteria set forth by the AICTE/Council from time to time, as well as the equivalency established by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, are eligible for admission.
OR - The applicant must complete all of the qualifying examination subjects from a single Board.

Bachelor of Construction Technology | - Applicants must have completed 10 + 2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational subject, Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies as optional subjects, and must have appeared in JEE (Main) in the previous year.
OR - Applicants who have passed the qualifying examination from a school outside of India and meet the minimum eligibility criteria set forth by the AICTE/Council from time to time, as well as the equivalency established by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, are eligible for admission.
OR - The applicant must complete all of the qualifying examination subjects from a single Board.

Master of Landscape Architecture | - A degree in architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, or interior design from a recognised university or institution that lasts at least four complete academic years.
OR - A postgraduate degree in any of the following disciplines: Botany, Ecology, Horticulture, Geography, Agriculture, Forestry, Geology, Hydrology, or related natural sciences with a mandated bridging course of at least two years of full-time study
- A four-year bachelor's degree in civil engineering or planning with a bridge course is required.

Master of Technology in Building Energy Performance | - A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a recognised university/institution in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Technology, Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture (five-year programmes only).
- The candidate must have passed the XII Exam in science with Physics and Mathematics as required subjects.
