DU JAT 2022 Exam Pattern: Syllabus, Marking Scheme, Important Books

DU JAT 2022 Exam Pattern is given by the University of Delhi. Delhi University Joint Admission Test will be conducted in online mode. The question paper consists of an objective type of question. A total of 100 questions will be asked which candidates have to answer in a duration of 2 hours. Questions are generally from the following four sections – Quantitative Ability, General English, Business & General Awareness, and Reasoning & Analytical Ability. Each section has 25 questions. The question paper will be available only in the English language only. DU JAT exam is of 400 marks, for every correct answer candidates will be awarded 4 marks. DU JAT 2022 Exam Pattern in Detail
DU JAT is conducted in online mode i.e. it is a computer-based test. All the asked questions are objective type i.e. MCQ in nature. The question paper consists of 100 questions to be done in a duration of 2 hours. The whole paper is divided into 4 sections which consist of 25 questions in each. The question paper will be available only in the English language.
The question paper checks the candidate’s knowledge of Quantitative Ability, General English, Business & General Awareness, and Reasoning & Analytical Ability. Each section carries equal marks with an equal number of questions.

Marking Scheme
DU JAT 2022 question paper consists of a total of 400 marks. Each question carries equal marks in the question paper. The candidates will be awarded 4 marks for every correct answer. 01 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. There is no deduction of marks for un-attempted questions. If a single question is marked twice, it would be considered as a wrong answer.

Important Instructions
Given below are the important instruction related to DU JAT 2022 that every candidate must read to avoid the unknown mistake:
- Candidate should reach the exam centre at least 1 hour before the exam commencement time.
- All the candidates must bring admit card, without the admit card entry would be prohibited.
- Any electronic item is not allowed in the test centre. If found doing so, the candidate will be considered as the subject of cheating.
- Any extra rough sheet is not allowed in the examination hall. Students will be provided the margin to do rough work in the test booklet.
- Applicants are advised not to open the test booklet without permission
- Fill all the details asked in the answer sheet. The result may not be evaluated if the details are not entered or entered incorrectly.
- Candidates will not be provide the facility to clarify doubts on any item in the test booklet from the invigilator.
- Failure to follow the instruction written in the examination will lead to disqualification.
