DU JAT 2022 Syllabus: Subject-wise Topics, Exam Pattern, Preparation Books

The DU JAT Syllabus 2022 curriculum includes the themes and sub-topics covered in each segment of the test. The University of Delhi, along with the UG entrance bulletin, prescribes the DU JAT 2022 syllabus. Quantitative Ability, Reasoning and Analytical Ability, General English, Business, and General Awareness are the four components of the DU JAT syllabus. The test for DU JAT 2022 will be held in the first week of July. Candidates must have a full comprehension of the DU JAT syllabus and prepare in accordance with it in order to do well in the entrance test. DU JAT 2022 or Delhi University Joint Admission Test, is a national-level admission exam. The National Testing Agency conducts it every year (NTA). The goal of this test is to grant admission to students for undergraduate courses such as BMS, BBA, and BA (H) Business Economics at Delhi University's 16 colleges. General English, Quantitative Ability, Reasoning, and Analytical Ability, and Business & General Awareness are the four disciplines that make up the exam.

DU JAT 2022 Syllabus

1.  Quantitative Ability

This portion assesses a candidate's ability to calculate, analyse, and solve numerical problems in a set amount of time. It is one of the portions of the DU Jat test that may be scored if the applicant has strong mathematics abilities and understands how to solve problems using formulas. The questions will be in the 10th, 11th, and 12th grade level.

2. Reasoning and Analytical Ability

The reasoning component is designed to assess candidates' analytical and logical abilities. It is among the most highly regarded components of the DU JAT test. Typically, the questions are of a low difficulty level, and if you've a strong command of this subject, you will have a greater chance of succeeding. The section on reasoning is organised into three sections: (i) analytical reasoning, (ii) verbal reasoning, and (iii) nonverbal reasoning.

3. General English Syllabus

The Grammar, Vocabulary, and Reading Comprehension sections of the General English section largely focus on three crucial abilities of the candidates: grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. The difficulty level of the questions in this portion will be low, and if a candidate has a strong grasp of grammar and vocabulary, he or she will easily pass this exam.

4. Business and General Awareness Syllabus

It is one of the DU JAT Exam's high-scoring parts. This part is designed to assess the candidate's broad knowledge and understanding of current events throughout the world. To do well in this portion, the applicant should make it a habit to read the newspaper on a daily basis and take down key ideas in a notebook.

Current Affairs (which covers Banking & Business and Economy Awareness) and Static GK are the two elements of this section.
