GATE COAP 2022 Important Features
The following is the important outline of GATE COAP 2022 for candidates to review:
- COAP stands for Common Offer Acceptance Portal, which will allow all Participating Institutes / PSUs to upload their offers in a specific time frame.
- By enrolling at COAP from all of the participating institutes / PSUs where they have applied for M.Tech admissions/jobs, registered candidates can obtain the admission/job offers.
- Every candidate should apply to the corresponding Institute/ PSU for admission to an
- M.Tech programme in any of the participating institutes or for a job in any of the participating PSUs.
- Candidates are urged to read the rules and then register in order to grasp the method of looking at all the available offers and selecting a specific decision from them.
- COAP is not a portal for M.Tech admission to any of the partner institutes. Candidates must apply to the respective Institute(s) for M.Tech admission and the PSU for the job separately.
- Each participating Institute / PSU will conduct the selection process in accordance with its own set of rules and standards.
- Each candidate must register at COAP in order to gain access to and make a decision on the most favored option among the offers (if any) provided by participating Institute(s).
- Registration for COAP is absolutely free. The participating institutes have made giving a COAP registration number essential in their M.Tech application portals.
