TISS NET 2024 Application Form: Registration, Fee, How to Apply?

TISSNET (TISS National Entry Test) is an annual computer-based exam held in 39 cities for admission to 55 Master's degrees. Application form for TISSNET 2024 available from October 1, 2023 on TISS website.

The registration process of TISS-NET will be available from December 2023. Candidates can apply for TISS NET 2024 Application Form online mode only. Following are the points that should be kept in mind before applying for TISS National Entrance Exam registration:

• The application form will be made available on TISS's official website (Tata Institute of Social Sciences).
• Candidates can also get a printed copy of the application form from the Institute by sending the request for a printed form by Speed Post with application fees on the given address:

• Candidates must submit the form before the last date.
• Candidates can apply for a maximum of three programs only, indicating the order of preference through one online form, and should not fill more than one online form. 
• More than one application form will be rejected.
• The application form must be complete in all respect. Otherwise, the candidature will be cancelled.
• If a candidate had applied for more than one program than after NET, Pre-Interview Test, and Personal Interview (PI), admission would be offered to the program, which is higher in the order of preference.

Documents Required for TISS NET 2024 Registration

Candidates applying through the online application form will have to upload the required certificates mentioned below. 

• SC/ST candidates whose annual family income is <=250000 (2.5 lac) and OBC(NC) candidates whose annual family income is <=100000 have to upload an Income certificate for the Financial Year 2017-2018 issued by Revenue Officer.
• Candidates who are submitting a hard copy of the application should post the above-mentioned documents attested by a School Headmaster or a Principal of College or a Gazetted Officer along with the application form.

TISS NET 2024 Application Fee

The complete structure of the TISS NET 2024 Application Form Fee is given below. Candidates can go through the same to know the application fee, mode of payment, the fee for each program, etc.

• The SBI will charge Rs. 50/- as their processing fee for cash deposit (each deposit), which cannot be adjusted against the application fee.
• Payment is made through another mode like DD, pay order will not be accepted, and the application will be rejected.

How to Apply for TISS NET 2024?

The application form can be submitted through online mode only. Before filling the form & depositing the fee, make sure of the eligibility criteria.  Following are the steps candidates should follow while filling the TISS NET 2024 Application Form:

• Firstly, candidates have to register themselves by visiting the TISS official website. 
• Candidates have to use their email address for the registration and click on the "Register" button.
• Provide a valid email Id as the new registration link will be sent to this email id only.

After login, candidates have to fill the following details in the application form of TISS NET such as:

• Basic details
• Academic details 
• Mention the programs (wish to apply for in the order of preference).

Once all the details are filled in the application form now, candidates have to pay the National Entrance Test (NET) application fee (depending on the number of programs applied) either through Payment Gateway or Cash depositing in any branch of SBI.

Now, candidates have to upload the scanned copy of the Photograph, signature, mark sheet of the last exam passed and other necessary certificates as per the specification are given below:

• Candidates have to compress the documents while uploading them in a PDF format.
• If candidates face any technical problems while filling in the application form, they may call the help-line number from Monday to Saturday.

TISS NET 2024 Admit Card

TISS NET 2024 Admit Card will be available soon. All the candidates who have successfully submitted their application form can download their TISS NET admit card from the official site using an email id & password. Candidates must download and print their admit card as they must go to the exam centre and their admit card and a photo id proof.
