UPSC ESE 2023 Mains exam will be conducted on 26 June 2023. UPSC Engineering Services Examination 2023 will be organised by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This exam is conducted once every year at the National Level. The exam is conducted for recruitment to the services/posts under the following mentioned categories:

- Candidates can download the admit card until 4 PM on June 25.
- The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the admit card for the Engineering Services (ESE) Main examination 2023.
- To download the admit card, candidates can visit the official websites: upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in.
- The UPSC ESE admit card should be downloaded before 4 PM on the day of the exam.
- In case of any discrepancies in the admit card, candidates should immediately contact the commission via email at [email protected].
- The UPSC Engineering Services Main Exam 2023 will take place on June 25.
- The exam will be conducted in two sessions: the first session from 9 AM to 12 noon and the second session from 2 PM to 5 PM.
- Candidates should be aware that the entry into the examination hall will be closed 10 minutes prior to the start of the exam.
- No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination venue after the entry closure.

UPSC ESE 2023 Result
UPSC ESE first declares the result for ESE Preliminary exam online at its official website. The result will be declared in the pdf format which consists of a roll number of the candidates who qualify for the Engineering Services (Main) Examination 2023.
- UPSC also releases the marks and cut‐off marks for the Preliminary exam once the entire process of Engineering Services Examination 2023 will over.
- If candidates are not satisfied with their result or they need any clarification regarding their result can contact the Commission at various Facilitation Counter at its campus in person or over the helpline numbers.

UPSC ESE 2023 Application Form

Following are the details about these 2023 Application Form:
- Applicants need to fill out the application form online only.
- The application form is available on the official website of UPSC (www.upsconline.nic.in).
- The link for filling the applications was disabled after the last date for online form submission
- The exam authority had provided the facility of withdrawing the applications.
- Candidates could submit only one application.
- Applicants submitting more than one application had to ensure that the application having a higher RID (Registration ID) is complete in all respects such as basic details, examination centre, application fee, photograph, signature, etc.
- Only, applications with higher RID shall be entertained.
- Furthermore, the application fee paid against one RID could not be adjusted against any other RID.
- Besides this, applicants must provide a valid & active e‐mail i.d. while filling up the online application form as the Commission might use electronic mode for contacting them.
- Also, the applications which will be found without the prescribed fee/mode shall be summarily rejected.
- Incomplete or defective applications might lead to its rejection.
- While filling their application form, the candidates must carefully decide and fill about their choice for the exam centre and engineering discipline for the examination.

UPSC ESE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must make sure that they are eligible for the UPSC engineering services examination 2023 before they begin filling the application form. They must carefully go through the UPSC ESE Eligibility Criteria details given in this section below:
Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal and Bhutan /Tibetan refugee who has come to India before 01 January 1962/ Person having Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, East African Countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zaire, and Ethiopia or Vietnam to settle permanently in India.
- To prove their nationality, candidates need to show the certificate received by Indian authorities to certify their claim.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates must be between 21 to 30 years. Their age should not be more than 30 years as on 01 January 2023. However, this upper age limit is relaxable up to 35 Years for the following Government employees:
