VVET 2023 Entrance exam will be held in August 2023. VVET  is conducted to offer admission into various Ph.D. courses of Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati. The entrance exam is organized once a year at the state level. VVET is the Vidyavaridhi Entrance Test which is conducted to offer admission in various courses in various campuses of Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha. VVET 2023 Application Form

Before applying for the entrance exam the candidates must check the eligibility criteria. Those who are seeking admission can read the important points regarding VVET PhD. 2023 Application Form:
  • The candidates could fill the form online on the official website of the Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati. 
  • Applicants were allowed to fill out one form only.
  • Valid email id & Phone number was to be given as were to be used for further communication purpose.
  • They were asked to give all their educational, personal details.
  • Once the form was completed with the details filling process fee payment was must be done.
  • Before the fee payment application number and payment reference Id were generated.  
  • Candidates were advised to take the printout of the form for all further uses.

VVET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates can check the VVET 2023 Ph.D. admission Eligibility Criteria below:

Vidyavaridhi Entrance Test in Shastra Eligibility Criteria 2023

For admission into Shastra, the candidates will have to fulfil the following minimum requirements

  • Should have passed Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit) or an equivalent degree (Sanskrit) from Universities,
    with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized board/university. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy layer)/Person with Disability (PwD) categories will be given 5% marks relaxation.
  • Those who have appeared for Acharya/M.A(Sanskrit)/equivalent degree (Sanskrit) but their result is
    awaited, such candidates are also eligible to apply on a provisional basis.
Eligibility for Foreign candidates

Foreign candidates who have passed Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit)/ equivalent degree (Sanskrit) with a minimum of 55% or more marks in aggregate from any University outside India can also apply for the VVET through the Ministry of External Affairs or Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. 

Vidyavaridhi Entrance Test in Education Eligibility Criteria 2023

For admission into Ph.D. Education the candidates will have to fulfil the following minimum requirements:

  • Should have Shiksha Acharya (M.Ed.) or Acharya/M.A(Sanskrit)/equivalent degree (Sanskrit) with at least 55% of marks along with P.G. Degree in Education with 55% of Marks. SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy layer)/Person with Disability(PwD) categories, with a minimum of 50% marks in Shiksha Acharya (M.Ed.)
    or Acharya/M.A(Sanskrit)/equivalent degree (Sanskrit) with 50% of Marks along with P.G. Degree in Education.
  • Those who appeared for the above degree examination but whose result is awaited can apply on the condition that they will have to submit their market before admission.
Eligibility for Foreign candidates

Applicants who have passed Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit)/ equivalent degree (Sanskrit) with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate from any University outside India along with a P.G. Degree in Education with 55% of marks can also apply for the entrance test through the Ministry of External Affairs or Ministry of Human Resource, Govt. of India. 

Exemption from VVET 2023

Those eligible candidates who have passed in Vishishtacharya (M.Phil), cleared JRF, and been awarded with National Fellowship (NF) are exempted from the Vidyavaridhi Entrance Test, but they had to fill the online application form with the fee payment.

VVET 2023 Admit Card

  • The authority will release the hall ticket on the web portal.
  • Applicants will have to download the admission ticket from the official website only.
  • Must check the entries made therein are correct & if found any issue contact to the concerned department as soon as possible.
  • The candidates are advised to take the printout of the admit card & retain it till the admission process.
  • Also, must carry to the examination hall as without it entry would not be possible.

VVET 2023 Answer Key

Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati will release the VVET 2023 answer key after the entrance exam will be over.

  • VVET 2023 answer key will be released after a few days of the entrance examination on the official website of the university.
  • With the help of the answer key, the candidates can estimate their marks.
  • Applicants will be given a chance to object to the answer key on payment of a few amounts per question.

VVET 2023 Result

  • Admission to the Vidyavaridhi program will be done through an entrance test called Vidyavaridhi Entrance Test (VVET).
  • The authority will not send the scorecard to the individuals via post.
  • Those applicants who will score a minimum of 50% marks in the first part of VVET only their second part of the question paper will be evaluated.
  • Minimum 50% marks are required in the second part also.

VVET 2023 Ph.D. Merit List

  • The merit list of the Entrance Test will be prepared at All India level & subject-wise and information will be uploaded on the website. 
  • Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha will give admission based on the merit list.

VVET 2023 Selection Procedure

  • Admission to the Vidyavaridhi program is based on the entrance test called Vidyavaridhi Entrance Test (VVET).
  • All candidates seeking admission to the program must apply to fill the online application form within the given time frame.
  • All eligible candidates will be required to appear for the written test.
  • Admit cards for appearing in the VVET will be uploaded on the Sansthan website.
  • While applying for online application, each candidate is directed to mention his/her choice in
    maximum preference order for admission in Sansthan Campuses.
  • The mentioned same choice preference order will be followed for admission in Sansthan Campuses.
  • In case of non-availability of seats in the desired Sansthan, admission may be given in any one of the
    Campuses according to merit.

Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha

The Government of India in pursuance of the recommendations of the Sanskrit Commission (1956-1957) established the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan on 15th October 1970 as an autonomous organization to implement the policies and programs of the Central Government for the development,
propagation and promotion of Sanskrit. The foundation stone for the Kendriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha was laid by the then Vice-President of India, Dr.S.Radhakrishnan on 4th January 1962. Despite the challenges of the modern world, it has grown from strength to strength as a premier Institution for Sanskrit learning and research in India. The Ministry of Human Resource
Development, Govt. of India has declared it as Deemed to be University on 7th
May 2002.
