The official answer key of GATE 2023 will be released by the exam conducting authority along with the question paper of various courses. Candidates can also get their response sheets from the official website. With the help of answer key candidates can expect the marks which they will score in the final result. How to Calculate Score Using GATE 2023 Answer Key
Candidates can follow the given below steps to calculate their overall score:
Step 1: Download the GATE 2023 answer key of the subject paper in which candidates appear. Also, download the question paper and response sheet of GATE 2023.
Step 2: Now Candidate can match the responses given in the answer from the response mentioned in the response sheet.
Step 3: After which candidate can predict marks as per the marking scheme. It is as follows.

What is GATE 2023 Answer Key Contesting? – Contesting the answer key is the same as challenging answer key. Candidates with any objection have to upload the document in favour of his or her response.
GATE 2023 Answer Key Challenge
Candidates can challenge the GATE 2023 official answer key. Candidate can submit their challenge online from the GOAPS website. For submitting the challenge, candidates have to pay the fee of Rs. 500 for each question challenged, as per last year.
Important points regarding challenging the GATE 2023 answer key:
Upload document for the challenge: Candidates have to submit the challenge by uploading supporting documents for the contest. In this document, the candidate has to mention the section and the question number against which the document is being uploaded.
Payment and refund of the fee: The candidate has to pay the challenge fee in online mode. Contests are accepted after payment is completed successfully. If conducting authority has to accept the challenge then the fee against it is refunded.
Other important notes: While challenging, the candidate must ensure that the question number is as per the official GATE 2023 question paper uploaded by IIT Bombay. Test takers have to select the right section and the question number which they wish to contest. If the question number and section are not identified, then the challenge is not considered.
How to Raise Objection in GATE 2023 Answer Key?
Step 1: Visit the official IIT Bombay website and on the page enter on the “Contest against Answer Keys” button.
Step 2: Candidates will be then redirected to the Official Login page. After that enter their Login credentials generated during GATE application process. The candidates now have to select the question they have an objection against in the answer key and then upload a document file proving their claim.
Step 3: After uploading the relevant proofs, the candidates now have to make a payment against their claim and click on the submit button.

Candidates can download the official GATE 2023 answer key from IIT B official website. Given below are some important points regarding the GATE Answer key that candidates must check:
