IGNOU PhD 2022 Instructions
Prior to entering the Examination Center:
- Arrive at the exam centre one hour before the time listed on your admission card.
- Please have a full breakfast or a light lunch before departing for the location, depending on the programme. Drink lots of fluids, as dehydration can develop up throughout the heat, harming your exam performance.
- Just before entering the centre, eat a cookie or a chocolate bar; this will avoid hypoglycemia and help you stay attentive longer, increasing your outcomes.
- If it's a crowded shopping centre, don't put off the admission and security checks until the last minute.
- You will not be permitted to enter after the time limit for closing the doors has passed.
- The Admit Card is required for entry to the Exam Center; no applicants shall be admitted without it.
- Normally, no luggage are permitted.
- No food is permitted.
- Mobile phones, pagers, wireless sets, scanners, cameras, or any other electronic or digital device are not permitted in the exam centre; bringing one will result in disqualification.
As soon as you enter the centre:
- Candidates should find their allotted hall and seat once they arrive at the facility.
- Before entering the centre, applicants will be hand frisked, photographed, and video graphed if specified.
- After completing all of the requirements, applicants should proceed to the allocated venue and take a seat.
- Rough work is to be done in the space given for this purpose on Objective Type question sheets. Under no circumstances is rough work permitted on the OMR Answer Sheet.
- Only the answer sheet is to be used to answer questions.
- Inside the Test Centre, copying, using dishonest techniques of any type, talking, asking questions of other candidates, and borrowing of material are all strictly forbidden.
- The applicants must hand in their OMR answer sheets as well as the entire question paper to the Centre Superintendent. Tearing or removing the question paper is prohibited, and applicants who do so will be disqualified from the whole Entrance Test.
- It is not permitted to smoke.
- Any type of misbehaviour can result in the candidate's expulsion.
- If you are caught copying or assisting in copying, your answer sheet will be cancelled, and your candidacy will be cancelled.
- Any marking on the answer sheet or question paper will result in the test being cancelled.
